How does your character interact with the world around them and the in  it?:  

Dormer is rather friendly to those in the URF and their allies, he is a joker for the most part but when things get serious he's one to take point as the leader and organize people as needed. When in combat he's calm, cool and collective in the face of adversity and when fighting he'll give it his all and fight until he wins or is dead. When confronted those outside of the URF he's skepetical and rather tight lipped, he stays quiet and remains a shadow so he can protect the URF and other assets. As a URF agent on Geminus he usually is one to recruit other colonists to the cause. When facing off against hostile elements such as ODST, Marines and other forces that would bring injury or death to URF member he'll fight them if forced and without a ounce of remorse.

Provide a brief description of your character:

Edward stands at approximately six foot three, he has gelled back blonde hair. His eyes are of a blue hue, his skin is of a fair complexion. On his feet are a pair of combat boots, he usually is seen wearing a pair of sweatpants or BDUs if the situation calls for it. Aswell he usuallly will be wearing a sweater or a bomber jacket with a band t-shirt.

How does your character interact with the world around them and the people in it?:
Soft spoken and simple, he didn't stick out like a sore thumb, just like any other soldier he'd follow every order, for inaction on his side meant either mission failure, or someone else doing his job for him. Never questioning authority, he accepted things as they were, he is at work, work comes first regardless of how silly or nonsensical it seemed to him. Never looking to pick fights with anyone, he lived through the days in a very repetitive, uninteresting way.

Provide a brief description of your character: 
Frank J. Bowman is a man in his early thirties, coming from the small farming colony Astat-5 in the inner rim of the known galaxy. Being as high as the average male, he stands at roughly around six feet tall, with decent musculature from all the field work he's done throughout the years. Working under his father's gaze in his early teens, he was taught to work with the more simpler farming machinery and equipment.

Initially a commercial pilot throughout his early to mid twenties, he transported farming equipment and produce from and to neighboring colonies. At the age of twenty-five and with the UNSC-Insurrectionist war, recruiters were deployed enmasse to his colony and the colonies he flew to and from. Having nothing to lose, and with the UNSC seemingly being somewhat desperate for additional manpower, he joined not out of patriotism, but because of necessity. He knew the pay would be more than acceptable, he had a respectable, sought-after skill. His end goal was to serve the UNSC and keep his home planet safe from the rebellion, to learn some valuable skills along the way too.

How does your character interact with the world around them and the people in it?: Hassan only wants one thing in life. He wants to watch the UEG burn to the ground and watch the URF rise from the ashes of the old system that has wronged him, his friends, and his family so many times before. Hassan cares not if he must give his life for the greater good and is willing to die for the URF so that they can succeed.

Provide a brief description of your character: Hassan, at an early age, never liked authority. He was a good child and was smart in most capacities but none of that matters because he could not conform to society and what they wanted from him. Hassan's most hated authority figure was the UNSC and the UEG as a whole. After taxes get blasted through the roof and the mistreating of the colonies he knew that the UEG was an inefficient beast that, in his mind, only existed to slow down human progress. Hassan is ready to take up arms with his brothers and bring down the Government that has done him and his kind dirty for too long. Hassan is a inconspicuous looking man, Almost like an average Joe. Even though Hassan has done many things in the past to stunt the growth of the UEG they have never been able to pick him out. His normality is his specialty. Hassan has spent many years learning about changing his appearance, speech patters, and body movements to be able to blend in to any situation making him almost like a chameleon. Sabotage and Covert operations is what Hassan does the best, And when it gets down to it he's one hell of a fighter. Hassan prefers loud, blinding attacks that will send even the most experienced troopers into a dizzy the moment they see it, That's why he mainly uses explosives and chemical weapons. Easily concealable weapons are among his favorite due to their versatility and he will never go out without a trusty firearm.

How does your character interact with the world around them and the people in it?: Pessimistically. At one point in time, perhaps Chance was a bit more pip and cheery, but now, he's much more dull and knowing- Having been around the block his fair share of times he's quick to help out new boots and old boots alike when it comes to matters around the ship, but he will snap at people who try to call him a Rookie or give him the 'newbie' treatment. This aint his first rodeo! In terms of combat aptitude, he's very reactionary. He's not as excitable as some other soldiers, and is a grump when it comes to pain.

Provide a brief description of your character: Chance has been around the block for a while now. He was Spacerborn in the outer colonies, and found himself growing up doing drug runs for various gangs until he was picked up by a UNSC Recruiter on a backwater planet. He was quick to sign up, thinking it'd be an easy scoop, and his entry scores made him eligible for the ODST Program. Sent back to Mars, he began his training- Vigorous and intense, he knew firsthand what it was like to work from nothing to something, so he had the dedication it took to pass most of his training with flying colors. Of course, a terrible accident with an ammunition crate left him with a prosthetic arm and leg- But he used that prior determination to continue to push himself, exceeding his own expectations and limitations and catching himself a spot in the 113th. From there, he went from fighting insurrectionists to being one of the stout defenders during the First Contact with the Covenant. 

Since first contact, he's been in the ODST as a valuable marksman. After a botched raid on a covenant corvette, however, he was pulled out of service due to his injuries and picked up as an ONI Guard. This lasted a while until he was reinstated due to the dire nature of the war- His wounds considered not enough to impede his fighting capabilities. He's a great Sniper and a grand Medic, even if his prosthetic arm and leg try to hold him down...

What do you think your job is as the role you are applying for? Commanding Officer, I'll have control over the UNSC forces and their assets. I'll be in control of the ship and it's crew, so my job will be to work out effective strategies that'd allow us to successfully complete the mission.

Why should you be whitelisted? Because I know what I'm going to be doing, I've played XO more than once and I've done quite well, going as far as to make sure I actually keep the mission going without losing all of my shipyards. Securing both the artifact and at the same time taking down the covenant shipyard. Being a covenant player/diplomat before applying for the UNSC, I mained command 99% of the time, playing either Ultra or Major. As acting shipmaster I've had more than one victory, which is one of the reasons why I applied for shipmaster, though I felt too bored with my faction so I switched to the UNSC. I'll be a good CO, I know how to roleplay, I know how to lead.

So it's already been 4 months, and seeing that the server is up and running again, I've really wanted to start playing again. The reason I got banned was for spamming an AFK admin because I wanted to ask something. (I can't really remember the question anymore) The first appeal I made was going to be accepted, but it got denied because I annoyed thegreytide on another server because I thought that he was taking too long. I was a moderator there and I PM'd and kept bugging him about it. But now the server is kinda dead and I lost my moderator role because it was just kinda handed to me. I know what I did was wrong, but at that time I didn't really think of the consequences because I was tired. And I only Ahelp spammed him in Halostation because I was really bored and it was just the two of us there from what I can recall. I have already apologized to him in Discord but he hasn't really replied so I am not sure if he saw it. I greatly regret what I have done and promise to not do it again. And I got banned from discord for some reason.
