General Character Info: Spacerborn kid who's been in this business for too long. Was there for first contact in the Human-Covenant war. Lost his arm and leg in an ammunition loading accident before the war. Generally rather negative when talked too, but a great marksman and medic.

What do you think your job is as the role you are applying for? 

A Commanding Officer needs to be able to communicate with leaders of their various units, including Marine Platoon Leaders, the XO, and ODST Officers to effectively and efficiently combat any threat they come across. While they are not ordering around troops themselves necessarily, they lay the groundwork that allows infantry to do their job to their best ability, while keeping the grand scale of the operation in mind. 

Why should you be whitelisted?

I have played a lot of rounds as both XO and ODST, and I understand what goes into a successful ground and ship operation as part of the UNSC. I am organized and keep tabs on all of my units as XO, and manage my resources well to ensure victory. I have a lot of experience on this server, and I think I have what it takes to take full control of the UNSC during a particular round, not only to make sure the UNSC win, but to also make sure everyone on the server (included enemies) have fun.

How does your character interact with the world around them and the people in it?:
Dustin is a very opinionated ODST, and has open disdain for those from the colonies. That being said, he takes chain of command very seriously, and follows orders to the letter, and likewise is incredibly loyal to his team members. In combat, he is a conservative fighter, trying to take his enemies down from a distance rather than up close. 


Provide a brief description of your character:
 Dustin is a 6'2", with dirty blonde clean cut hair, and an average build. After a brief deployment as part of the 9th Marine Expeditionary Force as a Marksman, he was selected for ODST training and entered into the prestigious ODST Scout Sniper school. He was assigned to the 113th ODST Regiment and UNSC Bertels, where he excelled in a series of operations acting as the team sharpshooter. He was then reassigned to a special protection detail for several months, before being moved back to the 113th and the UNSC Iron Will. 

Coincidentally, he was the tallest member of his team when assigned to the 113th.

general character info: A straight-laced, no nonsense warrior who has completely dedicated his life to the tenants, soldiering, and leadership of his brothers. He has dedicated himself solely to The Great Journey, and holds himself and those around him to the standards of the Covenant, lest their failures reflect on him... proud, as any true Sangheili is, and no more than what he needs to be. A soldier, pure and simple.

Reason for joining : What can I say? I was a big fan of Halo (Duh) And Aliens are pretty cool, right? Why be a boring dummy human when you could be a cool alien guy thing from a good video game franchise?

Roleplay Example/History: 5 years in Gmod Serious roleplay, Clockwork and NutScript, from HL2RP to Mass Effect Private servers, I've been around the block. I've spent the past 2 years on SS13 roleplaying on CM, TG, and a few other servers since then.

General character info: Standing around 5 foot even, Tiz is rather typical of her race. She's a bit of a cynic, and while smart enough to publicly follow the tenants of the Covenant's religion, to an extent, she does not truly believe the forerunners to be gods. As such, she doesn't really buy into the idea of 'heresy' but is still averse to using anything human due to the legal consequences. That isn't to say she isn't up to make some credits from heretical loot on the side.

Reason for joining : I've always been a big fan of the Halo games since I was a little kid. I've always found to be the Covenant the most interesting, and at the moment, I think the best players I've encountered are covvie mains. 

Roleplay Example/History: I've been playing Space Station for a long time now, starting I believe late 2016 early 2017. Started on /tg/ and hated it, moved to Paradise for a month, then I went to baystation and roleplayed there for over a year before leaving and going to CM. I disliked the changes they made to CM left. Then I took about half a year break, came back and found that there was a Halo server and pretty much immediately joined. Other than that I've been in many D&D/WH40KRPG/PF games oover the years before and during SS13. I know I'm only a week into this server (and honestly I expect this to get declined for that very reason) but at the moment I see myself playing here for a long time.

General character info: Mak is your typical Kig'Yar, agile, good vision, the whole package. Like others of his race, although a great believer in the Great Journey, and loyal to his superiors, he also as interest in things that could definetly be considered...heretical, such as trade in the black market, and has already gotten his hands on fair amounts of credits through methods and events unknown, likely smuggling and trade, although he has always had an extremely deep feeling of guilt, embarassment, and often self-hatred, although he hides it surprisingly well. He enjoys to joke around.

Reason for joining : I recently found this server and found it to be very interesting and unique, and I wanted the full Covenant experience with access to their other races, so I just decided to join the Empire.

Roleplay Example/History: I've been on SS13 for what seems to be a year already, and it was quite an experience. The first server I ever played on was CM, then I tried out Yog, and then Paradise. I mostly stuck around Para and CM, and mostly playing TG instead of Yog now, and sometimes Hippie for some chaos. Never played on baycode, so this should be fun.

Having lost her parents at a young age, she had to learn to survive on her own and became quite an adept at first aids. Once she matured, she got quite interested by the propaganda of the UNSC, which attracted her values. She quickly found a new cause to dedicate the rest of her life and a new family.

Reason for joining : Been looking for a new SS13 experience and I quite like Halo, tried a couple rounds as marine and I'm already in love with the server. Can't wait to play more. The UNSC is also my favorite faction out of them all.

general character info: Jax is a Kig-Yar with extreme devotion, although the way he behaves can be seen as insulting or undisciplined to the most strict of Sangheili, his motto is we are paid to kill not to die, and will fearlessly follow the orders of his superiors regardless of his more rogue personality, and often is the few brave warriors at the front leading the charge willing to give life and soul for the Covenant.

Reason for joining : I enjoy occasionally coming on the server to roleplay in an old nostalgic universe but id much rather create characters with more roleplay opportunities, elites and even brutes have far more character to develop in my opinion than a jackle and especially a grunt, and now that I know the map and already confident on my halo lore I thought it was time.

Roleplay Example/History: I've roleplayed on many communities and games over the years, most notable is probably HL2RP as a highRP example and a years of SS13 servers that are between medium to high RP.
