general character info: A well-built looking man standing at 5'9, his hair is jet black and clean cut. He has a rough looking face, Green eyes and a crooked nose. A stubble beard is present.  Paul is a quiet man he generally only speaks when he needs to and that is to the people he does not know, he's extremely open to those he calls friends. He maybe quiet but he's an extremely nice individual and will not abandon comrades if it can be helped.

Which role is your character's main: Marine,Technician.

Reason for joining : (OOC) UNSC is the standing government and has kept the peace across multiple worlds and that takes a extremely effective logistics and fighting force to keep them in line. Mad respect for such a well oiled machine. (ICLY) "My Father was a soldier and his father before him.. Seemed like the obvious choice."

Character(s): Giorno Joestar, Random name enabled when I eventually die.

How does your character interact with the world around them and the people in it?: I like to play different roles in different ways due to the fact that a Marine who's completed training is obviously different from an insurgent who barely even know's how to use a rifle. I'll list a couple of my mains down below, though, I'll also list a ODST section for how I expect my character to behave

Marine Medic: Giorno is somewhat of a coward, as a Medic. During any situation, he always attempts to look through the raw data and information from a situation, obeying to a strict Triage. That is his fatal flaw, he'd rather attempt to help an incredibly injured person with little hopes of recovery, rather then a injured marine, who could probably be fixed in a minute at most, without surgery. Of course, he's fucking terrible at surgery, training really didn't account for it 

Marine XO/CO: The coward of the "Bill Carson" variety. Giorno is... Competent, at leading? He often takes suggestions from much lower ranks quite a lot, more often then not leading to disaster. Of course, he's trained running to the Escape pod every day of his career, he's practically an expert at it. He doesn't use autopilot like a retard. 

Insurrectionist: Giorno is a poorly trained emotionally unstable civilian with dreams of freedom and a rifle with little ammo. Such hope is what keeps him going, and what lead him to the URF. Since joining the URF, he's actually has the rifle and the comrades to enact or attempt the dreams of freedom he so longed for. Don't let your dreams be memes. 

Cummies: I ain't no god damn traitor to you fooks, UNSC ALL THE DAY, DEATH TO THE XENOS!

ONI Guard: Giorno is a tired border guard, who often misses really obvious shit. He doesn't really care for work, he'd rather probably take a nap then guard the base. Why he hasn't been fired, is a mystery. 

ODST (focusing mainly on Medic): Giorno's training helped drill out his cowardice, changing from an emotional wreck to fresh meat for the grinder that is War. His training focused more on Surgery, though, he still is, less then ideal at it (don't let him perform surgery, ever). Giorno's focus is not on taking lives, but rather saving them. If someone is to shoot at him, he'll shoot back, just like training. Despite the drilling he had, some cowardice still remains in occasional suggestions or orders. 
 
Provide a brief description of your character: Giorno is a, somewhat malnourished, 20 year old Man. Before joining the UNSC, food was an incredible pain for him and his family, struggling to get any from the slums they lived in. Thankfully, he didn't have to resort to cannibalism and most men (including Giorno) of the family joined the UNSC under the promise they'll get some decent food. Ever since he attained this position of constant food and training, medical inspectors noticed psychopathic traits, mainly Grandiose Self Worth and Lack of Remorse. He had a minor criminal record of theft, stealing food from kitchens and beer from bars. 

Do you understand that members of this whitelist are held to a higher standard of roleplay?: Of fooken' course. 

Do you understand that if your behavior is deemed inappropriate you will be removed from the whitelist?: Of course, If I'm a shitler, give me the boot.

General character info: Wallace Lee Hadley. Former Deputy Marshall of the Emsville Marshall's Office. A man standing at roughly six feet tall, with a broad-shouldered physique and a generally level-headed demeanor about him. Will, generally, avoid violence if possible, especially regarding civilians, but he is certainly not against violent methods if pushed to act in such a manner by the refusal to react to peaceful alternatives.

Reason for joining : Voluntarily left service in Emsville due to injuries sustained during a confrontation between U.R.F. sympathizers and U.N.S.C. personnel, resulting in the loss of his right hand due to a stray slug (Believed to be fired from the weapon of a Marine) striking his person. The appendage was fully replaced with a prosthetic, but formal recognition of the friendly-fire incident was outright denied, with requests for an investigation being refused, alongside half-hearted promises of 'Disciplinary Action', which were, allegedly, never acted upon. Having served to protect the public, Wallace now feels betrayed by the very system he put his life on the line to uphold.

His service, however, provided him with an unforeseen boon: Knowledge. Knowledge which, given his current circumstances, would seem to best serve the local URF cell. However, unlike certain others, he is not crying for blood. He's not seeking personal revenge. He's looking for a legitimate transfer of power, from the Earth Government, to the people of Emsville, recognizing the colony as an independent power. Be this as it may be, he is not above the eventual use of violence to get the point across, and, should the URF be ignored utterly in its peaceful intentions, he would be the first to take control of the situation, should circumstances allow it, and escalate it appropriately.

general character info:Gar is generally regarded as abnormal in both character and looks having been born darker in skin tone then normal unggoy making it easier to blend in and follow his most recent obsession or as he calls them “research subjects” he doesn’t seems to act cowardly or really show any emotion at all with a general cold and even more so Errie aura about him often showing no mercy thus entering him into the “elite” for unggoy at least being dropped onto planets in drop pods he shows no mercy with his fuel rod and will not stop till he claims his subjects alive or dead for samples or so he calls it thus this leads us to our current point in time on the kig yar ship as he studies the other races with hopes of one day finding a way to make his race the strongest of all as futile as it sounds 

Reason for joining :I love playing the cool silent type and being a unggoy only makes it even more of a challenge and a more enjoyable experience trying to make a grunt look cool

Relations with the kig yar:He finds them annoying to be around because they often take what little he owns and try to push him around but he deals with them

Relations with the Jiralhanae: a lot less bareable then the sangheili but he finds their tech enjoyable to study and same with their culture but never finds the time to study them seeing as they so touchy in terms of certain questions being a challenge in their culture

Relations with the Mgalekgolo:He finds them enjoyable to study as they don’t protest much unless you prod or poke them with something hot but otherwise he enjoys how unified they are

How does your character interact with the world around them and the people in it?: Andy is a fundamental realist, often providing a sardonic view on any given situation, but not some kind of pessimist. He lives by the facts and what he can learn, and operates openly and honestly with anyone he works with. He looks at the world from an often tactical perspective, especially for disadvantages areas impose. He treats others with a common courtesy and a respect that he affords all people, and will not hesitate to provide medical assistance or consolation in a crisis.

Provide a brief description of your character: Andy is a late-twenties man, with a neatly cut head of hair parted right, and a short trimmed 'hipster beard' giving his face something going on. He stands at 5'11. He bears a vine-pattern tattoo on his left arm. He has above-average musculature, and the physical conditioning you expect from field personnel.
