Reason why you want to be a representative: I’ve had friends gripe to me and seen conversations that last an hour or more about things that’ve happened in game as a result of what they see as bad balancing, bullshit, etc. I want to help fix and alleviate these problems.

I will provide an example situation, I want you to tell me how you will handle it. Please be honest with this as your performance will be reviewed compared to this example. 

Example: The Covenant was given a massive buff for balance, raising shield strength. However the UNSC is raising pitchforks because now their ship is being blown to bits more often. The URF has decided to jump on this as well. UNSC and URF players are now messaging you to bring this up to the staff.

What do you say?: Firstly, I’d talk to the UNSC and URF about what they’d like to be done about the change and encourage suggestions. After gathering feedback and suggestions, I’d take what I learned to the Covenant chat and present them with the suggestions and feedback, asking them what they think. I would also ask them which suggestion they might agree on to help fix the anger about the buff, whether it be through compromise or any other sort of mean as long as all parties are satisfied. With that, I would take the final decision to the staff.

How does your character interact with the world around them and the people in it?:
Claymore Allister is a trained EVA marine that still enjoys to pull a few jokes, always seen with a smirk or a smile covering his face no matter the odds.

This have gotten him to keep the mood light, but serious when shit hits the fan, enabling him to remain calm with others as he remains unwavering in his duty to fight the scum of the universe. 


Provide a brief description of your character: Claymore Allister stands about 6'1 feet tall with light blue eyes and a bit messy dark hair. He looks to be in his middle twenties and have a couple small scars covering his body from top to toe due to minor and various combat injuries.

He also sports a deep dark tattoo on his left arm, a winged dagger remaining there. Overall his form is muscular and athletic built.

How does your character interact with the world around them and the people in it?: Lee tends to be a goof outside of combat. Making shitty jokes that always make you think "that's so stupid." Lee tends to get impatient when nothing interesting happens. Often finding ways to entertain himself. This includes, but is not limited to, annoying fellow marines, CQC training, or just plain daydreaming. In combat, Lee is a headstrong marine. Always quick to take action. He often relies on surprise and guerrilla tactics. Whether it be through long range engagements or CQC locker jack-in-the-box, Lee takes advantage of it. 

Provide a brief description of your character: Lee stands at the height of 5'9". He has relatively long black hair waved to the side in a messy manner. He has a fair, yet lean, build. He enrolled at the age of 18 right before humanity was at war with the Covenant. He trained as an EVA Combat Marine in hopes of one day becoming an ODST.

general character info: Ollie's life was never anything special, his parents died when he was 15, his little brother died two years later which left a lasting effect on Petrov. Worked as a security guard on Earth for a while before getting a job as a Policeman on some backwater colony to get some distance between him and the UEG, after the colony was subsequently ravaged by Covenant and Innies during the great war, he decided it was time to enlist.

Which role is your character's main(ex: Technician, Marine, etc): Janitor, planning to move up in the ranks as I become more robust.

Reason for joining : It seems that UNSC is a good beginner faction more or less, exactly what I need to learn the game.
