How does your character interact with the world around them and the people in it?: Sonia is a headstrong combat medic, although she follows her orders. Though she enjoys jokingly prodding her squad mates, Sonia doesn't like to outright challenge authority, and knows when to shut up. Sonia notably is willing to give up her life easily, particularly in situations in which success will turn the tide.

Provide a brief description of your character: Sonia was born into an outer colonies slums, and lived a life in poverty. Throughout her life she helped provide for her family through a variety of jobs, and often got into scuffles through these less than legal jobs. Through this, she learned to have a like of fighting, and gained some basic first aid skills in the process. She joined up with the UNSC at the age of 18 to get off world, to fight the covenant, and most importantly, fight the insurgents.

OC “Super-weapon” event: Forerunners created an advanced biological weapon system as an attempt to out-do the Human race during that conflict. Although the Forerunners would eventually win, this ancient weapon remained undisturbed for eons...until now.

OC “Special Asset” event: From the void came monsters, and the monsters remain. Two ancient Forerunner artifacts, still contaminated with the Flood or maybe containment units of flood specimens, are in the 111 Taurus System. They contain vast knowledge on other subjects such as weapons and power generation like hard light, so they’re valuable to all the factions in the system. Get dat fukkin artifact.

Rev “Operation Roll Call” Event: The URF and UNSC both have powerful personnel visiting the system. Intelligence on both sides have figured this out. While protecting their own valuable asset, each faction must capture the enemy’s. Killing them would net less points.

How does your character interact with the world around them and the people in it?:
Mostly is pretty curious and open-minded with a dash of cockiness he might be more silent in times, but isn't afraid to say what's on his mind usually in a wisecrack manner or just keeping focus on the mission at hand.

But besides now is one of those times it pays to be the strong silent type.


UNSC: Jack respects the UNSC and believes it's the best chance of repelling the Covenant invaders.

URF: Jack understands some people want independence and can sympathise with that, but he believes most of the URF are just criminals using it as an excuse to cause panic and chaos.

Covenant: Jack has a burning hatred and despises the Covenant who are hellbent on wiping out Humanity and will kill on sight depending on the situation and orders.




Provide a brief description of your character:
Stands around 5 ft 11 inches with a heavily built frame his hair is dark brown with light blue eyes. Jack was born and raised on Earth with a fairly normal upbringing. He was studying Engineering, but decided to join the UNSC at an early age eager to serve and travel the galaxy. His time in the Marines helped him specialise in reconnaissance, CQC and helped him expand his engineering skills.

Reason for joining: I wanted to try something different than just being a marine.

Roleplay Example/History: Davie Jones holds his magnum against Sylvinski Trotski's head with his finger on the trigger, "Listen here, and you listen real closely partner, we have no use for you so talk now or end up with a bullet in your skull."

More depth with factions details IE: The covenant in the very beginning was a pact where the group 'persuaded' others to join and because of the immense army the covenant had, many had no choice other than to join. The group quickly expanded across the galaxy with greet strength to pursue a religious goal.

Explain what you would do in the following scenarios and why:


Scenario 1:

You’re on the ONI Aegis and the ONI RD requests a Sierra team to deploy to VT9, as the covenant have been spotted and are attacking. They have not breached the gate and it is unclear as to the size of their forces. What do you do?

I would find out the size of the covenant force on the planet and what units made up the force. If the force consist of elites/brutes and is deemed overwhelming for any UNSC/ONI force on the planet a Sirerra team would be deployed. If the size of the covenant force cannot be confirmed to be overwhelming and ONI is still in raido contact I would attempt to inform the local UNSC forces that ONI is in distress. However if ONI goes silent during this I would assign myself a reasonable objective in order to deploy.

Scenario 2:

You’re on the ONI Aegis and receive an urgent request from a Platoon Leader to deploy onto the UNSC Warship as the Insurrectionists have deployed a sizeable force and are taking control of the ship, and arming the nuclear device as they request assistance. What do you do?

Confirm that the PL is the aCO of the UNSC warship and not just yelling for aisstance. I would gather whatever information I could from the aCO, asking for confirmation if marines are mostly dead and there is no way for them to deactive the nuke and repel the borders. If the warship is borded and has an active nuke on it however it can be assumed that almost all the UNSC forces have died defending the ship, ultimately I would likely deploy to disarm the nuke.

Scenario 3:

You’ve been deployed on a mission to give the covenant back their bomb. You manage to arm the bomb, but your fellow spartan has been cut down and his body is being dragged away by the Covenant towards an escape pod. What do you do?

Our gear must not fall into covenant hands and it is our duty to ensure it does not. I would do whatever was needed to make sure the covenant didnt get the body, preferably by killing the said covenant dragging the downed spartan and setting the spartans armor to self destruct, afterall I cant look out for the fallen with an active nuke behind myself without compromising the mission or the gear. If there isnt enough time for the covenant to disarm the nuke I would make my way off the Covenant ship, completing the mission.

 A little over 1 month.

What are some examples of good Covenant Roleplay that you have been a part of? 

Discussing Faith with a Kig'Yar named Cip Kep, keeping morale high among the troops with praise where appropriate, attempting to understand what Heretocs said while trying to get vital information during a Flood outbreak, and generally I try my best to roleplay any situation appropriately. And if there is little danger, we can have some actual, minorly extensive RP. Such as discussing why someone feels empty inside, or interrogating a Heretic verbally.

What do you think your job is as the role you are applying for? 

To lead the Covenant forces by commanding the ship, and directing any ground forces we deploy, while ensuring victory and the safety of our ship.

Why should you be whitelisted?

 Not enough people play Shipmaster, and I consider myself fairly active. I also normally play Ultra, and I want to take the next step up and be what I'm basically already playing regularly.
