General character info: At birth, named Kronos, from the House of Kronos. Named after an ancient battle in the Sangheili history, Arko was a decisive victory for the Clan Kronos, permitting them to permanently occupy the site, allegedly prior to San'Shyuum contact.

Instead of an actual adoptive uncle, he was raised by his own Father without knowing it. Often demanded to go where the fence is the highest, Arko' put great effort in mastering at least one form of martial combat, with sword or otherwise without. His goal is to be recognized as a superior Sangheili warrior.

Reason for joining: General interest in trying out Covenant. Having played other factions, general interest in new content lured me in.

Roleplay Example/History: I have played SS13 for some 8 years or more. I have played on Halostation before as UNSC and URF. I also occasionally host roleplay sessions, so acting something or someone I am not IRL is not a problem nor causes me any trouble.

Situation:


Your fellow Honour Guard has been killed, as well as your prophet, by a human. You saw the human do this and follow him to find a group of humans. After engaging, you manage to kill the offending human, but the others manage to retreat where you could easily follow. What do you do next? : If the offending heretic is killed, then my vengeance is settled and I should report to the current highest ranking individual or contact the ministry. 


Why should you be whitelisted? I have been apart of the Covenant for some time now and wish to add onto the roleplay, seeing how prophet is becoming a more accessible role there should be more honor guard to add to rounds.

general character info: Muporeus is your standard brute, nothing special. Miwaz is quite an Unggoy, his father is an Unggoy Ultra and was killed in the Unggoy rebellion. Miwaz's father has left an impression on him and he wants to overcome his father, quite possibly become an Unggoy Deacon. Miwaz is quite a lot smarter than your average unggoy, probably because of his father.

Reason for joining: I want Miwaz to overcome his father and use his untapped potential. I would also like to try out the roles that are locked behind the whitelist, such as Sangheili or T'Voan bird boys.

Roleplay Example/History: I've played a bunch on Bay, relatively incident-free on there. Played FTL13 which was a MRP server, and now play on it's successor, NSV13.

What do you think your job is as the role you are applying for? Commanding the complete covenant faction during the round unless there a prophet then you take their advice on some matters, to give a bit more detail about it, basically keeping the covenant focused and ensuring they follow prophets will, since 50% of us commit heresy due to barely any elites.

Why should you be whitelisted? I am a long-term covenant player and I want to start leading the covenant during the rounds. also the Dereheus name is for brute chieftain once cael does the brute ship update. and I want to take a larger role both commanding and rp wise.

What are some examples of good Covenant Roleplay that you have been a part of? One of my favorite moments I've had in the server was between me, and another Sangheili at the time, he tortured and killed an unarmed prisoner and I challenged his honor, when he tried to avoid the challenge the Ultra at the time forced him into a duel, where he died in battle, retaining what honor he had left.

What do you think your job is as the role you are applying for? The prophet is mainly a roleplay role, and it would be mine, or the person playing it a job to add to the overall Covenant roleplay. 

Why should you be whitelisted? I have been with the Covenant for quite some time and recently been given the Shipmaster Whitelist, Id like the ability to add more to the community by playing a role that the majority of people would prefer not to.

How long I have been a member of the Covenant faction: for around 6 months now, since I joined in November last year


Good examples of a roleplay: this one is tied with my special role - Honour Guard. On one of the most recent rounds in June a Prophet has arrived. I was the only Guard to join in and I played through the round while engaging in active RP interaction with my Prophet, like using the high-style language, often use of /me function etc. Though I did not survive the round, after it, the player who played the Prophet (if name would be needed, known in Discord as SimpMaster, who is also our Lore Master) said that I provided some good roleplay of a VIP guard.

What do I think of the job I am applying for: I view the Prophet as a role which bears high status and great potential for roleplay, while being a role which requires some good understanding of the Covenant's lore as a whole, the San'Shyuum race and the responsible playing to make good use of it. Being both spiritual and as a whole leader of the Covenant forces, it's a diverse position that is meant to bring both good RP, and some command to the Covenant players.


Why I should be whitelisted: the Prophet is a role which started an interest in me not long ago, after I thought about it. I am very interested in the RP side of things in our faction, and I see Prophets as one of the best ways to bring it into rounds. I have an above average knowledge of the lore and I know the Covenant ideology good-enough to be the one who represents it, while being a player who is capable of serious, non-combat related interactions. I understand that the RP aspect is not the only part of this role, and I am still willing to apply for it, as I am ready to be a combat leader when needed.
