How long I have been a member of the Covenant faction: for around 6 months now, since I joined in November last year


Good examples of a roleplay: this one is tied with my special role - Honour Guard. On one of the most recent rounds in June a Prophet has arrived. I was the only Guard to join in and I played through the round while engaging in active RP interaction with my Prophet, like using the high-style language, often use of /me function etc. Though I did not survive the round, after it, the player who played the Prophet (if name would be needed, known in Discord as SimpMaster, who is also our Lore Master) said that I provided some good roleplay of a VIP guard.


Do I understand the faction rules: yes


Do I understand that I am not above the law: yes


Do I understand that I can be removed from the whitelist at any given time: yes

What do I think of the job I am applying for: I view the Prophet as a role which bears high status and great potential for roleplay, while being a role which requires some good understanding of the Covenant's lore as a whole, the San'Shyuum race and the responsible playing to make good use of it. Being both spiritual and as a whole leader of the Covenant forces, it's a diverse position that is meant to bring both good RP, and some command to the Covenant players.


Why I should be whitelisted: the Prophet is a role which started an interest in me not long ago, after I thought about it. I am very interested in the RP side of things in our faction, and I see Prophets as one of the best ways to bring it into rounds. I have an above average knowledge of the lore and I know the Covenant ideology good-enough to be the one who represents it, while being a player who is capable of serious, non-combat related interactions. I understand that the RP aspect is not the only part of this role, and I am still willing to apply for it, as I am ready to be a combat leader when needed.

general character info: Your typical run of the mill Sergeant. Usually found smoking a lot of cigarettes and asking marines to get shit done, sometimes he gets shit done and smiles about it. Also he likes to complain about the given situation at hand and usually finds the nearest marine to agree with his views, after which he will end up on some operation where he's understaffed and under equipped and once more complaining.

If he's not complaining, discussing matters with marines or otherwise being shot at. He will be leading from behind his men, assessing the situation and figuring out whether or not him and the men around him are going to survive the next boarding party of covenant shock troops.



Which role is your character's main(ex: Technician, Marine, etc): Sergeant.

Reason for joining : I feel like the UNSC are a bit underpopulated when I'm playing on the server (might be a timezone problem) and as such, we usually get wrecked by the covenant. This isn't so much as a problem, however I feel like I could have some fun joining in the second wave of UNSC reinforcements as an ODST or Spartan.

So I was flying around geminus,cruising with up to six covenant in tow,and a single spartan and marine downs us with just two assault rifles,was also told a rifle grenade hit the spirit we were in,killing five of its passengers on impact leaving me and some poor kig yar to be gored by our own shipmasters energy sword,so my suggestion here is to either buff the dropships collective health or please for the love of god make the vehicles not handle like were involuntary drifters,the current method of driving handles like poo poo,and maybe just maaaybe can we make it to where an underbarrel grenade launcher cant Arc itself wanted style towards a flying vehicle?

Im gonna go ahead and address the elephant in the room,When are the covenant going to get a spartan equivalent or counter? Just watched a spartan relieve a shipmaster of his head with a machete,so that begs the question,will we get silent shadows to compete?

In-character name: Zeica Ord'anee, Jetill Trranik

General character info: Zeica is a Sangheili Minor. Recently brought into the ranks of the Covenant military. He is young, brash, and a little cocky. Prone to taking risks if it means securing victory. He often underestimates humans and their tenacity. And while he respects his brethren he views the other races of the Covenant with far more scrutiny. In particular the Kig-Yar. Mostly thanks to their lack of loyalty and faith. Which, in all fairness, isnt necessarily untrue.

Meanwhile Jetill is very much the inverse in almost every way. A T'Vaoan Commando. Experienced, jaded, and rather quiet (compared to many of her kin). She excels at range and taking advantage of loners. Her style of combat is methodical, merciless, and often well planned. While she is no coward (or atleast claims such) she is far more adverse to taking unnecessary risks. Stealth and trickery are assets she puts to great use whenever she can.

Reason for joining: I've been playing a while and while I'll sometimes pick a human faction (especially if the Covenant already has plenty of players) I usually find myself picking the Covenant. They just come off as more interesting than the other two available factions. Both in the lore and in gameplay.

Roleplay Example/History: I've been on SS13 for a little over two years. Mostly on Fallout 13, CM, Civ 13, and the World Server. A lot of the time I'll start playing one server for a while, get a little bored, go to another one, then come back to the first one sometime down the line. I've also been playing on here for a while. I'd say for maybe nine to ten months.

general character info: Danny came from a poor family, and thus, joined the UNSC and became a pilot within the Navy to support himself and his family. He's pretty calm but doesn't hold well under pressure. They usually mess up under pressure such as not putting the magazine into their gun properly.

Which role is your character's main(ex: Technician, Marine, etc): Pilot

Reason for joining : UNSC is pretty under-manned from what I saw in the context of pilots. I was given some basic rundowns and I'm greatly interested in the idea of flying.

general character info: A relatively young and idealistic Sangheili standing at around 7'4". Dogmatic, zealous, can be impetuous, but still tends to do things by the book.

Reason for joining: While I do like the UNSC & think they are fine yellow fellows, playing as the Covenant is generally more entertaining for me and offers a greater variation in IC interaction. I am reminded of why I first joined the covenant here, and desire to return.

Roleplay Example/History: I've been floating around SS13 for around four years, have been with halostation since 2018, and have in my time here managed to acquire and hold the whitelists for Honor Guard, ODST and Spartan without losing them as a result of any failure to adhere to standards or behave appropriately which I do believe suggests that I can participate in roleplay to an acceptable degree.

general character info: A kig'yar that is less interested in the great journey and more interested in himself and his kin. Nonetheless, his selfish nature tends to be hidden by his willingness to cooperate with other members of the covenant.

Reason for joining: I've always been a fan of the Halo franchise and i've enjoyed experiencing the universe from the covenant perspective. I am also a fan of the variety that the different species within the covenant presents for both RP and gameplay and am interested in experimenting more with it.

Roleplay Example/History: I have extensive history on Citadel and CM, as well as experience on Bastion of Hestia and TGMC. My ability to RP has been tried and tested on these servers, and my experience thus far on this server has not resulted in any complaints.

General character info: Edwards is a relatively new recruit with not a lot of experience. He is however enthusiastic and willing to serve. He generally prefers to keep his distance and as such is a trained Designated Marksman.

Reason for joining : UNSC seems like a really cool faction to be apart of, and being an ODST or a Spartan seems pretty neat as well. As such I eventually plan to get those WLs at some point during my time here. Along with this being a Marine also seems like fun to play as.
