Appeal details/ Why should you be unbanned: Hello, thank you for reading my unban appeal. I come all the way from Latvia I am sorry if there spelling mistakes or grammar issues but here we go:
So today I was playing with my friend and we were innsurrectionsists there was this purple ship who docked with us and came onto the deck i was scared as this was my second interraction with them he started shooting at me and i really panicked reached into my belt and threw a grenade, the grenade landed near alien and alex then alien ran and alex threw grenade hitting me and someone else and i got blamed for it, even tho i saw perfectly where my grenade landed and then emoats threw grenade and accidentally damaged then konesigegg messages me and starts asking me what did i do, emoats had to go drive his family somewhere so i just said it wasnt me i can explain and we went into a little conflict and i got banned. here is picture for easier explanation .

Details of complaint: Date: 10/19/2018 Time: 11:50:58 (servertime) Me and my friend svensis were playing on here as insurrectionists, some time into the round the covenant boarded our ship forcefully, I shot at the grunt, instead of it retreating back to its ship, it ran up the stairs to the bridge, shot at sven who was in the bridge, sven threw a grenade at the hallway it was in, I threw a grenade but overshot it and it landed too close to the bridge. That grenade that I threw caused the damage to the bridge, no one died as far as I knew, I had to evac because the one in colossus armor shot at me. After I landed on KS7 I was stuck in a ravine like place so I just shot myself because I had to drive my dad to his friends place. When I got back sven was banned and we tried to talk it over on discord to the banning admin (Koenigsegg) but I was ignored by him even though I threw the grenade that caused the damage. Sven was called a liar and banned. Also IC they were going to let him die because an admin was handling him, isn't that meta? Even though he was innocent.

Sye'ten can be seen as an inspiration influence and spiritual Sangheili is known for his fearless attitude and his risky actions to accomplish his goal. When he first became an Elite he was on the ship of the Kig-Yar that first made contact with the Human race and ended up retreating due to the commanding Sangheilis orders. Later Sye'ten and a group of elites publicly killed the commanding Elite for cowering and retreating and not upholding their Sangheili code. Sye'ten then insured that anyone and everyone followed there code and would fight with honor and to the death with the evenly matched unknown opponent, know as the UNSC. Sye'ten fights to the death if in a duel.

Reason for joining: I want to join because, in general halo has fascinated me. Also, I was already part of the covenant empire but for me making poor choices I was removed and I do agree with the punishment and am happy that I was allowed to reapply. I love the server and have loved it for a while now, playing mostly as an Unggoy (when I had it) I don't wish to be forgiven I just hope to be giving another chance to prove I can be a good and sensible player. I also play a lot of halo related games like on garrys mod and arma. Plus the military academy is boring and I need something to do

Roleplay Example/History: 

Out of server:
On a garrys mod server I was the Supreme commander of the Covenant forces and later on the leader of Swords of Sangheilis, But everyone know Garrys mod does not have that good rp based servers. I like to play on both 1732 and Lebensraum beyond servers, taking prisoners and being taken prisoners in both. In one examples in 1732 I was the British Officer on a 4 colony map. I decided that we should seek allies. After that I sent our multiple letters to other colony that were french and Spanish. We never got word back so I send out one of my own guys to deliver them the letter. When he come back he brought a letter he stole from the French. The letter said they were going to attack us with Spanish at there side, so we decided to counterattack. We snuck by many patrols and quickly rushed the french settlement and were repealed. I was taken prisoner and near death. My boys ended up breaking me out and helped me return home.
I also plays on Bad claw fallout server and The Star treck 13 server along with the Alien server.

In-Server Ex:
I don't know if they want speech but some examples of my roleplay are when I brokered a deal of peace and trade between the Pirates and the Colony. Another example with the same Colony was when I offered my assistance and help expand the Colony so one of the spaceports had a lobby with windows and protection from others. Another example was when I was assigned the Medical Unggoy and helped save the ship mistress and impressing her with my skills. Also, I was captured by the UNSC as an Unggoy and turned into a robot.
 
But my most eventful RP experience was when there was a battle or skirmish. It was at the Colony and the INNIE and UNSC where at a temporary truce to get rid of a certain ship AKA our ship the Pirate ship. While they Colony and Pirates where allies. They Colony declared independence and the UNSC and Innie attacked them. Lucky for the colony the Covi ship was at dock 3 the closest dock to them. Once the Covi arrived which was 3 unggoy and 2 Kig, the battle had already started, Most of the Colony was being either destroyed or being beaten back to the lower levels, at that moment the Covi was able to flank the UNSC because the Innie were no-were to be found. The Plasma pistols were the best weapon to use due to there ability where they were able to short doors and comms. The UNSC was eventually cut off into small groups of soldiers and then got pulverized by the Covi weapons. Blowing there heads off and taking their helmets as trophies.

More depth with factions details IE: roles, etc will be added later. 

Unggoy: Sye'ten does not despise the Unggoy but also doesn't like them. He respects them for being an ally and assisting in supplying a large number of the soldiers for fighting the UNSC but thinks they are weak and need better leadership to become a worthy opponent, but due to most of them cowering in the site of a battle he had yet to see that day come.

Jiralhanae: "Nothing but Mindless brutes" But worthy opponents 



Mgalekgolo: Due to there strong effectiveness in battle, Sye'ten respects them very much and knows they are a strong player in the war. Even if they don't have a code they are a powerful ally


Kig'Yar: Sye'ten has some to no respect for the Kig'Yar knowing the seem to cause problems with the other species in battle. But favors them for the exceptional effectiveness in battle.

(Despite all of these relationships due to RP, some Factions may be more of a favorable ally to Sye'ten in the future)

Roleplay Example/History: I played alot Colonial Mariens and the Normal TG Station and i loved playing on roleplay servers in garrys mod aswell.

Relations with Unggoy: He has minor respect for those weak creatures and thinks they are really annoying they are most likely only meat shields for him.

Relations with Jiralhanae: He hates their complete lack of honor but he admires their Strength

Relations with Mgalekgolo: He has little respect for them but he thinks their defence power are quite essential for the war.

Relations with Kig'Yar: He thinks their are quite intressting because of their speed and strength he shows them more respect then the Jiralhanae

General character info: Raxa 'Ragram is a Sangheili Female in the younger ages,
she is a hornoured Sangheili Ultra wanting to join the great journey ever sins she
was small, shes from the homeplanet Sanghelios, and lives after their moto
"Macto cognatus" (I glorify my kin), She uses her knowladge of combat insted
of brute force, but is surely not afraid to get close combat.
 

Reason for joining: The sangheili has ben my favorite species in the entire halo
universe ever sins combat evolve, and i simply just love their ways and their culture.
i ben playing evry single halo game until now, and simply love their story, so that i
found a halo server on ss13 was simply just amazing.

Roleplay Example/History: joined the server recently, and simply couldten get enough
of it, played as covernant and tried to set up scouting missions for forrunner articats
for the great journy, and couldten get enough of it, sadly there was no higher ranked on
then kig yars at the time, but i sure enjoyed evry bit of it.

Relations with Unggoy: For Raxa the unggoy is nothing but meatsheilds on the battle field,
and none the less anoying, only makeing the missions harder to complete.

Relations with Jiralhanae: Raxa find that these creturres lack of hornor unacceptable
and that they will never be as mighty as the sangheili, and only the sangheili should
ever be in charge of protecting the phrophets.

Relations with Mgalekgolo: A species thats respected, for their might in battle and their heavy
stopping power, but still they show a lack of hornor amongst them.

Relations with Kig'Yar: Not the mightest warriors on the battlefield, but respects their assassin
like abilitys and their professions with snipers and other long ranked arms.

General character info: Having been born into the House of Valin, known for producing shipmasters, Sa’to was expected to be a swordsman and great military leader. Instead, he chose more a more nuanced religious path, and became fascinated by the holy artifacts that were to lead to the Great Journey’s commencement. Still, he is an accomplished warrior that nevertheless prefers a more subtle approach to combat. What he lacks in excessive combat prowess, he makes up for in his intense faith and commitment to the Prophets.

Reason for joining: I love the Elites and their space-crusader feel. I’ve never been as deep into Halo lore as I am Star Wars, but the Sangeili and various mish-mash of Covvie races fascinates me to no end. I love the marine and UNSC lifestyle, but I have a particular fondness for the spiritual crusade of the Elites and want to help bring that to life on the server.

Roleplay Example/History: I’m primarily a borg player on Paradise, and I lean into the RP aspect of being a big scary emotionless robot pretty heavily. For real RP, I’m an experienced GM for tabletop games and know my way around good acting and improv storytelling – and all that comes from a heritage of text rp from my early teenage years, some of which was Halo related.

Typical attitude(s) towards Unggoy – Pests that are often at best a distraction for the enemy. Good for suicide runs and soaking up damage. The rare competent ones should be used sparingly.

Towards Kig-Yar – Useful scouts. Useful snipers. Their skill is invaluable to the tactics Sa’to tends to employ and he treats them well. Their versatility as both shield-bearers and snipers allow for a variety of tactics, and Sa'to's preferred use of stealthy ambushes and trickery utilize the Kig-Yar's own skills well.

Towards Jiralhanae – Bigger, better Unggoy that create bigger, better distractions and suicide runs. Preferred over Unggoy mostly because they’re less chatty.

Towards Mgalekgolo – Walking heavy armor that deserves respect, both in their usage against the enemy and in their treatment within the unit. Carefully deployed, a bonded pair can change the tide of battle in new and exciting ways. Less versatile than Sangheili and Kig-Yar, but nevertheless very, very good at what they CAN do.

Towards other Sangheili – Versatile, capable warriors. Sa’to respects his brothers in arms and their crusade against the heretics. If under command of one, he shows respect and loyalty unending. If in command, he will try to ensure their survival and success – not necessarily in that order. The key to a true warrior is respect. It is no wonder the heretics show none and die so quick.
