How does your character interact with the world around them and the people in it?: 

He usually tries to take command of situations however he is usually the first to try and talk things out or at least try to use other means then force to get what he needs done.  Although this hasn't always worked for him, (wouldn't recommend trying to talk person to person to some URF commandos ), however he is usually found not having a weapon out unless jumping straight into combat or he become engaged. 

Provide a brief description of your character:
 
Adam is a marine who always strives to get control of a situation to help put the advantage for his marines.  Although he loves when things are organized at least before a mission, he seems to take a few liberties if he thinks that it will help the chances him and his fellow marines will get back home safe and sound to the Bertels.  He also likes to try and set up training for other marines to help train them to become more competent in combat.

In-character name: Viko 'Taram

general character info: Viko 'Taram was born on the mining Sangheili colony of Creck. Raised in harsh, hot conditions the planet helped shaped the warrior he stood to be once he joined the Covenant Military as soon as he came of age. Viko joined the Covenant Empire's military mainly due to the fact that he didn't want to do the average job that the people of Creck did. Which was day after day mining materials which was used mainly to construct hulls for the ships of the Covenant. He wanted more in life and wanted to leave his homeworld, therefore he signed up as soon as he could into the Covenant service.

Reason for joining: I wanted to join the Covenant because I'm very interested in its lore and have found as when I played an Unggoy Minor for it to be more enjoyable than being a human researcher, marine, doctor, etc.

Roleplay Example/History: Played numerous times as an Unggoy Minor on the server just to get some experience under my belt, also spent time roleplaying on Garry's Mod servers, Star Wars Combine, FableTop, and Byond roleplay servers.

Adam is a marine who is quick to take command when others are not giving orders and the one who prefers to fight smarter then just running head long into the enemy.  He also likes to train and test the men under his command to make sure that they are keeping their skills sharp.

Reason for joining : 
I am hoping to work my way up to ODST or maybe spartans (if they open them up), not due to wanting to just rush in with the cool abilities, but to use the roles to add more to story telling and maybe a bit of bragging rights :p.  It also will let me feel like leading the marines like I did in CM, head long in combat as I'm ordering men around to try and win the firefights. Also who doesn't love the look of those UNSC uniforms.

Only SL ban from CM, and that is after the guy who put it in dropped his complaint on me and Xur.  But the headmin didn't like me at the time so he banned me and Xur anyway. 

Prior Moderation experience: 

I was staff on a few games, most notably I was a Game Master on Faces of Mankind, admin on CM, and I was a admin and moved my way up to Headmin on Godspring's Fallout server (where I made his website, all of his rules, and got him a staff to work with).  

Personally, I think the most important thing about moderating is:

Being able to understand it is a game, you do have to put your foot down on the rules however you also need to let folks play the game.  I just figured I would apply due to wanting to work on the wiki mostly, however I don't mind helping out as well with the server since it seems pretty cool.  I think there is some stuff that could be improved to make it better and help get more folks to talk about it.

general character info:

Male Age 23
Born in the Sol System on Planet Earth.
Grew up in a wealthy family and was forced to attend one of the best medical universities in the planet. Max wanted to please his family, but he always had an interest in flying and the stars. After graduation, Max decided to join the UNSC Airforce, he was stationed upon the UNSC Bertels and flew CAS against URF forces for around 2 years. Max was able to become proficient in flying and in repairing his craft. After discovering his incredible medical knowledge, he was invited to become a Combat Medic aboard the Bertels. Although doubtful, Max knew he would save way more lives as a Combat Medic, and was eager to see how combat looked from the ground. He was stationed aboard the UNSC Bertels during the battle for VT - 9, where he was chosen by Johnny Reno himself along with Terry Blackburn and Riley to receive ORION augmentations. He helped defeat the covenant forces harrasing the research facility along with the ODST teams and the few remaining Marines.
Can speak Galactic Common, Sign Language, and SOL common.

Reason for joining : Ive grown up with the Halo series, Halo was the first video game I played and is what introduced me into this awesome franchise and gaming in general. Without halo I would have probably never developed an interest in video games. I really hope the franchise doesnt go further downhill and that 343 can bring back the classic experience with Halo Inf.  I found SS13 a few years ago, but I was too young to enjoy its complexity, now I can fully enjoy its complexity which creates the most interesting stories ive experienced on a videogame, combine this with my favorite franchise, its the best Halo experience out there.
