General character info: Wupwup is a Spec-Ops Unggoy, his skill in battle is much greater than most of the other Unggoy, due to his intense training. Wupwup loves to make jokes and enjoy his time with his team, but is still capable of being serious when it is needed. Wupwup would take peace over war, but would never shy away from a fight if threatened, he values honor and would rather take prisoners than execute them.

Reason for joining : When i play a game, i like to play as another species because of how cool they look (Aliens, Predators, Greys) and Covenants fit into this perfectly, i absolutely love purple, and how it looks on their equipment. the Unggoy have always interested me and i enjoy playing as a weaker unit, and i feel if i was a Spec-Ops Unggoy i could be of more help on the battle field while still playing as one of my favorite species in halo

Roleplay Example/History: one of my favorite genres is roleplay and i feel i'm not too bad, i have played games such as dungeons and dragons and in many other SS13 servers


Relations With Unggoy: being a unggoy he enjoys company of his own although he dislikes how they are mistreated. he sees them as more honorable and smart than those who instantly think an unggoy is stupid or a coward

Relations With Kig-yar: Because of the feuds between them he tends to judge them more harshly than other species, but that is not to say he hates all of them, he has been in situations where kig-yar have saved his life so he has some Kig-yar friends


Relations with Sangheili: Sangheili are natural leaders and Wupwup sees no problem in following their orders, provided they treat him fairly. one of Wupwup's greatest hate is when leaders mistreat their soldiers just because of their race, he believes we are all in the journey together and the only thing that could stop them is fighting amongst their own ranks.

Relations with other covenant races: Wupwup bases most of someone's merits on their actions not their race

Reason for complaint: He was playing as sanghelli ultra, the highest covvie role on FC, one that has high RP standards, but he failed to meet those standards and even committed borderline heretical stuff, like getting a human machine gun(thankfully he didn't fire, but he almost did) approved of a grunt using the Bertels defence systems, and sending away boarding pods, and he was glad that he was healed after someone transplanted a human leg onto him.

He also ordered us to fire on the avarice without it doing nothing to us (I missed all my shots because I didn't want to kill someone who did nothing), and had a very strange choice of words, like saying "Lets put some smoke on their ass" (I erased the screenshot by accident, sorry there, but pillow, foolius and some other players on that round can vouch for me)

All in all I think he should be removed from the sanghelli whitelist until he can prove that he can meet RP expectations

I think the application process for covenant to become harder,Mainly due to some of the people who became covies(Sibg,Baybell and Golo) Being very salty and generally shitlers, I'm not saying that everyone in the covenant playerbase are complete knobs, Some, Like Alpharius are generally nice people to talk to

How does your character interact with the world around them and the people in it?: Harun is a very hands on the job man. Never questioning orders. Clearly man to follow and be followed. Trustfull and honest.

Provide a brief description of your character: A man with a troubled past, as put in my URF application, a dedicated man to a cause, no matter how stupid or mad it could sound. A sometimes somber and ruthless man, but other times a jokey and funny one. Currently joining the IV Foxhunter Triarii, as his expertise in serveral fields was going to be a good addition to the team.

I have moderated a small discord server, and got really close to being staff on a NW reg on M&B (I was basically talking to staff 24/7)

I know a lot about the covenant and the flood, not too much but not too little about the Innies and UNSC, but I don't know much about halo 4 and 5's lore since I haven't played them. I know a lot about the early covenant war, and since we are on that time period I thought it would be good for me to be a lore master

Time in SS13: 7 years so far been active for all those years

Any SS13 Bans: I was banned from yog and goon for being rude on yog and ban evasion on goon and besides that I got banned from the lifeweb (only active ban)

Prior Moderation experience: I don't have any but I do have admin experience but I'm pretty sure it doesn't count considering it's been two years

Personally, I think the most important thing about moderating is: I think that being a mod is all about keeping the server running smoothly and all players involved are following the rules and are keeping the game fun for all. (Also I wanted to be a Mentor someone who answers admin helps about game mechanics and resolving disputes between players but I couldn't find the format)

Basically, I think the base ss13 spell system would be a great base for creating role/species based abilities. They'd kind of be like armor abilities from reach but they'd be tied to the role you spawn with and your species (also admemes). This would add more options for players to use in fights and will make a bit of forethought, into how players will approach a fight, necessary. They'd also give use to certain roles like squad leads, who outside of RP, are no different from your bog standard marine. Overall, I feel they'd increase player cooperation, raise the skill ceiling, and change the stale meta.
Reasons this system should be implemented:

• You can have ODSTs/Commandos acting like real special forces, moving in quietly, taking out unsuspecting foes. (Also: ODST Tackleâ„¢)
  
  
• You can have SLs, providing buffs to nearby allies and actually giving players a reason to follow them.
  
  
• Species like Elites can dodge out of the way and Brutes can enter their primal rage.
  
  
• You can have Spartans sprinting at blistering speeds and performing other feats that they do in lore.
  
  
• Many, many more possibilities.

What do you think your job is as the role you are applying for? The CO is the captain of the Bertels. The Commanding Officer is in charge of overseeing ground and space operations as well as make sure everything is in syncopation with protocol. They are to ensure that VT9 remains both a secret and unexplored as well as make sure Crescent Base is at all times unknown by the general population. If the URF does show up, to also neutralize the hostile faction to keep the system under UNSC control.

Why should you be whitelisted? I have played the CO role prior to the whitelist, Prescott being designed for said role. As an ODST I have shown to be competent in situations and keep a level head. The CO role is something I consider to be very serious and vital the how the UNSC performs. An incompetent CO would lead to the UNSC flopping. I have read up on proper Naval protocol especially of what to say over radios to ships and craft both within and outside the fleet and know how to properly address all space worthy vehicles in a nonhostile manner, as opposed to those who use lethal force as a means to entice cooperation.
