Roleplay Example/History: I have played space station 13 since 2011, but I would not say I have begun roleplaying until the first baystation 12 server showed up. What are some examples of good Covenant Roleplay that you have been a part of? One of my most favorite rounds was as a Sangheilli Ultra, where I lead the covenant fleet and lighting striked all heretic forces in the system whilst completeing my goals.  Another would be my first ever round as Covenant, since it introduced me to this lovely community

Why should you be whitelisted? I have been apart of the Covenant faction for as long as I can remember, and I have had a pretty good track record on the server execpt for a couple warnings and a temp ban, all of which have been fixed and corrected. (I also love this community)

Do you understand the RoE? Of course, it's essentially the foundation of all the principles within all factions.

Do you understand that you can be removed from the whitelist at any given time, based on your behavior, even when not playing the role you applied for? Of course, since this is a role that demands responsibility I would expect no less.

What do you think your job is as the role you are applying for? I believe the job of the Commander is to organise, prepare and lead their men. Sounds simple enough, however when put into practice can prove quite difficult as many hubbies like playing URF as a one-time thing and it's very loosely organised, making it harder for the commander and yet also more necessary for them to learn these principles in order to succeed in the round with their faction. Starting with organisation, one would need to more identify those willing to follow orders, because most players will follow herd mentality and go with the flow, it's important to gain the majority or at least what /seems/ like the majority in order to have a fluent round.
Prepare. In order to do this the commander must familiarise those who haven't used innie equipment so they don't end up trying to fire a gun on help intent or not realising the grenade is shrapnel based as well as briefing the insurrectionists on their objectives in order to remove any doubts or hesitation, as leaving innies to do their own thing is like leaving a roomba with a knife in a room with all your pets.
Lead, this is one of the most important aspects, newer players want to follow veteran players so they don't fuck up, so it's important for the commander to be experienced or at least confident so the newer players have no doubts in their minds about what to do or to follow them, veteran players will also follow an experienced or well-liked commander as they are familiar with them and can also assist them with their duties if need be.

Why should you be whitelisted? I believe myself should be whitelisted for a few primary reasons:
I think myself capable of being one of the 'first' commanders for the URF as it needs a standard, and others believe I'm a bit of a shitter but I can be capable of being serious if need be, especially will do in such a role as this. I think myself experienced and confident with the servers mechanics and have a wide knowledge of the maps and factions, capable of teaching and leading newer players if they pop up for the URF as well as leading the vets themselves due to me befriending a large majority of them, hopefully allowing them to place their trust into my command.
I also believe the URF is in dire need of overall commanders, as most of the time the ship captains just defer to SoE judgement, which shouldn't really be happening since 1) they're not primarily apart of standard innie operations and 2), they're essentially a lower rank or equal to them as well so they shouldn't really be relying on them, creating the need of an overarching commander to help solve this issue.

Of course, however, I prefere to wait 15 minutes instead of 10 to give the most prep time possible for any adversaries. Killing civillians is only ever a last resort, same with unarmed wounded

Of course, if i'm not overthrown by a mutiny, then the swift ban hammer will do it's job.

Of course, i'm fully accountable for my own options, even when playing less demanding roles.

What do you think your job is as the role you are applying for?
To coordinate all URF forces in the area, using all assets available to free the Tauri system from the tyrannical grasps of the UNSC, whilst ensuring as little collateral as possible. I should not be the only one in the URF making the decisions, but I should be the one to coordinate the freedom of the system. If I cannot do that, then I cannot call myself a commander.
Why should you be whitelisted?
I've been practicing my leadership skills thoroughly with mainly URFC Officer and Innie Captain, alongside directing Crescent base as the RD or controlling the Bertels as the XO. I also have experience playing as one of the URFs biggest threats, the ODSTs, and thus know their loadout quite well from using it lots, alongside knowledge of tactics that they prefer to use, such as performing overwatch with the SRS or breaking atmospherics to debuff certain enemies like elites and innies, forcing them to use EVA armor instead of their normal armor. So far, in my time as a URFC Officer, I've only had one admin sit, which involved a peace treaty between the covenant and remaining URF at the time to defeat the UNSC. The matter was resolved and I haven't tried anything similar since. Those are the big reasons I should be whitelisted, my knowledge and experience. Thank you, whoever took time to read this.

Reason for joining : Rick Franks was a UNSC Bridge Officer on UNSC Bertels until the UNSC refused to help his home planet which was later glassed (read obliterated) by the Covenant. I was banned for breaking a rule, which i did for a joke, which i realise, was a really stupid thing to do from my side. I am sorry for breaking the rule, I am in general  a serious player with no intent to break rules or give headache to staff, just check the notes on your server and on other servers, you'll see only two notes, both of which i can explain if you wish me to. I really appreciate this server and want to come back, all i can do by this point is give you my word that no rules will ever be broken by me in the future.
