Why I join Wildcat Security Solutions aka WSS/What I even type on there about
I did not know what was going on, or anything about this side discord drama.  I joined Wildcat Security Solutions to hang, and talk with Flaksim, cause in my mind he is cool.  Even though he has hate for a certain moderator in Halostation 13.   I didn't know what a side discord even mean til a friendly Stormtrooper told me on march 3rd 1:00 am EST what it really meant: a discord that talked about HS13 unmitigated by any mods or the likes, thus opening up for potential metagaming.   

Now what I have typed on Wildcat Security Solution, which is mostly complaints, and rants about certain player versus player events like where URF took over crescent base an somehow easily built a Mech to be used on mostly unskilled ODSTs making that event URF win heavy.  Or, how grunts have access to the button that leads to level two ground level in Crescent, which yes the map is rather new, and it will be patched out.   I talked about Flaksim on his opinion about fallout server, but most of my conversation was HS13 passed round story of something interesting I did that I've already shared on UNSC chat, and general like taking our URF commandos as RD by using the prototype mech, or praising a very scout sniper marines skills that I've only seen once.  All of which was typed at, or before 12/01/2018 an have not typed anything since on that server.

Reason for my ignorance
I did not pay attention to any recent pings due to me being on do not disturb, reason was cause you can't put group chats on mentions only just full mute which did not show any image pings that someone has typed something, and I didn't want to be that person to say "Hey, can you not spam, or hold any conversation, cause discord constantly pings me that someone is chatting." in those group chats.  The discord pings in Halostation I barely pay attention to due the @everyone, or @UNSC is usually used by random people who just want anyone to join on a 4-10 population round.  So, I apologize for ignoring the notification pings on the server as of late.

Why I should be unbanned
Well first I did not know, or payed attention to whatever drama/offense of a rule that me an/or anyone else who was banned by guilt of association being on WSS.  Cause, that server was mostly to hang out with Flaksim since he quit HS13 of his own reasons. 

Second I only complained about minor things of HS13 that can be changed with time, but never about anybody on Halostation 13 server. 

Third I did not know what was going on til Caelum surprised message me "rip" in my DMs, and Caelum never really types to me.

Fourth I really do like Halostation 13, cause I like the technology, and how the marines are portrayed in that universe.  Plus, the combat is quite amazing, and somewhat different from any other SS13 server there is.   The danger of vaccum of space really shows on the ship breach, and having a good amount of time to help deal with said haul breaches, or struggle to get to the escape pods.  Then, there is the faction interaction of not being full out fire-fight when eyes lock, but a well put decide if you want to want to surrender, or take your way out of being arrested.  The strategies you can make with your superior officer if your faction In-character knows the area the enemy is in.  Doing all that when I am in the "Hey, let's be a UNSC marine, and live out that military life with all the dangers of URF and hostile alien life." mood.

All that gone, cause certain people on WSS badmouth people from HS13 recently that I did not see at all til I was banned with no warning in my DMs beforehand, and had to personally look up what was happening.

Appeal details/ Why should you be unbanned:  First off, I'd like to point out I haven't been on the server in like, 2 months because of IRL stuffs, something I already talked about dealing with (And I have been, thanks for asking! Guess who's lost 40 pounds? This fucker! And guess who's got a girlfriend? Also this fucker!) So I wasn't even watching when I got bannerino'd and someone had to tell me 'RIP' in my messages so I'd know. So that would have been fun to try and log on and see "permanently banned" and go "???"

Anyyyways. I've only posted like...4 times in that discord? And the messages were just me saying how I was loyal to the ODST and UNSC? 



The only time I was mentioned was someone else saying it was a shame I got booted out of the ODST but whatever, live some lose some. 

Anyways, I was pretty neutral about this and avoided the chat as it just revolved around toxicity (I didn't leave it because... dog you really want me to bring up all my discords? Theres a LOT here and I don't leave any of them. Like steam groups. They just pile up.)

I'll not join these servers in the future though. I can see there was some serious salt being slung and I'm not about that life right now. Please let me return to the discord and the server. Thanks.

Why should you be whitelisted? I’ve played Halo server back when it ODSTs versus rebels but took a break for a while. Now that I have come back to it I have enjoyed playing a marine gunnery sergeant for a while and wish to move further up the ranks. I also choose to whitelist because there has not been any recent applications for a marine command position.

Time in SS13: I started playing on 7th of November, 2017.

Any SS13 Bans: Permanent bans on Paradise,Citidel,Yogs,all of which are fairly old.

Personally, I think the most important thing about moderating is: making sure everyone is having fun of course, but also more importantly making sure that fun doesn't exceed server boundaries and rules.

Right, since there doesn't seem to be any format for these, I'm just going to wing it I guess.

On KS7, next to one of the docking tubes, me and a marine where running off of the URFC ship, because the thing was completely fucked and my marine had a popped lung and broken artery. I want to mention that we didn't fire at the commandos at all before this, and only blew open a door, though I totally understand why they did shoot at us in the first place, and think that's fine. Anyway, the commandos followed me and the dying marine onto the planet, where we started shooting. About eight seconds into the fight, I decided we should probably do something and work together to stop the covenant that blew up both of our ships and attacked the colony, and try to talk it out. So I stopped moving, holstered my guns, and started yelling to stop shooting. Kevon stopped shooting for a bit, but Harun kept doing it, and for about ten+ seconds, he just kept feeding his murder-boner and kept shooting me, despite me doing nothing but standing still asking him to stop it. Kevon eventually joined back in and I was downed, at which point Harun pulled out a machete and hacked my head off.

I get that this is a combat server, but it's also high RP. At the very least they could have captured me after downing me, like they did the marine, but they didn't even bother. This was just really bad role play, and it seems the only reason they did it was "lmao fuck you UNSC".

Reason for joining: After playing a dozen rounds as an Unggoy, I overall enjoy role playing as Covenant than any other faction.

Unggoy: Plentiful canon fodder amongst the ranks. Their blind loyalty could be useful...
King-Yar: Just a little bit faster. On the winning side when it comes to rank hierarchy on Unggoy; an extreme bias Ino harbors.
Jiralhanae: An unsweet, teeth grinding rivalry. Ino always feels uncertain of their authority.
San'Shyuum: Only the upmost respect for the prophets. Little reason to doubt their will.

Another unfortunate report that I have to make,it brings me no joy to do this but I have to as I was told.

To start, this player applied for a shipmaster a while ago,the first red flags about him was his appeal.
It was to put it bluntly,very vague and poorly made, they state they joined the covenant faction on 24th of August,2018. Yet on the next question about their memorable roleplay moments,not a single one struck them enough. It wouldn't be much of a problem if Shipmaster wasn't mostly a tactical/roleplay role.
Next question was if they understood RoE,they said yes,this will be important later.
The funny thing was that they said in their application that one of the reasons they wanted to be a shipmaster is to get "a kickass energy blade and giving orders", this will be important later.
Last question was why should they be whitelisted,to which they responded with "I've been a covenant member for well over five months, and I think its time to apply for this whitelist that opened around a week ago. I've had some good roleplay on some other servers, and I think I can provide some good roleplay in this server as a command role aswell." This too will be important later.
They application was vague and barebones,compared to our newer shipmaster,who took time and effort to make a shipmaster application.
Now we're getting to a few real problems.
After a day or so after they posted their application they started getting a little passive aggressive,saying something along the lines of "Im patient but not THAT patient".
When he got accepted,he went for his first game,I happened to be playing the same round as well as 24THBN.
First off he didn't do any roleplay,outright ignored greetings,would be silent for a long periods of time, this would become evident when he sent a kig-yar down on KS7,for atleast 10 minutes he wouldn't even ask for a status report until I would,and even after that he'd just stand still and do nothing,he was not afk,he would answer questions.
After doing nothing for half an hour I decided to ask him if we were going to do nothing for another 30 minutes,to which he said "maybe..."
He then asked the kig-yar for status report, Kigyar says theres only snow and hostile local fauna and the settlement he can't enter without being seen, shipmaster finnaly tells the kig-yar to go into the settlement,kig-yar finds minor artifacts and gets them back,shipmaster sets course to the base,and ghosts in the middle of the base.
We wasted 1 hour and 17 minutes in total on doing basically nothing.
He broke no rules but he showed hes clearly not going to bring any RP as he said in his appeal,he showed no signs of competance, but lets ignore that for a moment.
A few weeks later, he decides to play a kig-yar, go to VT9,kill a marine and take his gear and equip it,including using a mongoose for fun.
He then tried to inflitrate bertels,he fails,round ends.
New round he does the same thing,but abbandons SDV,and the shipmaster on it faxes about it,he gets a fax back saying to hunt the heretical kig-yar down.
Now let me bring up some things he said in his appeal.
**Do you understand the RoE? I do.**
He clearly didn't, as what he did was unnessesary Major heresy 
* Kig-Yar and Unggoy are allowed to secretly commit minor heresy, minor and major heresy being subjective to the situation. Sangheili is expected to uphold by the tenants as strict law and to make the others adhere to it. Unggoy Deacons are also treated as Sangheili in this regard. Bags are prohibited due to mechanical reasons, belts are allowed as minor heresy.*
His situation didn't warrant using the mongoose nor equiping marine armor.
He did the same thing again next round minus the mongoose and died to innies.
Not only that,but he claimed on Battlenet that he can commit Minor and Major heresy while not on SDV,he was not on missionary,he was just going around VT9,then boarded Thorn and got killed by innies.

general character info: Vot'Sazum like many other Sanghelli is filled with a fanatical devotion to the Prophets, the Covenant and The Great Journey. He is extremely honorable believing that all foes no matter what race or whom they serve deserve an honorable warriors death, and in that case he has found strong moral conflict in serving with the Covenant where he has had to on many times do things that directly go against his own morals. In certain cases he has even let surrendering human soldiers , wounded and civilians escape when his superiors weren't around of course. Other than that he is rather loud spoken and has been extremely cocky on more than one occasion. 

Reason for joining : I've been playing on the Halo server for awhile and was even around during it's start when ODSTS were just a time locked job. Since then I've had to change accounts due to my account getting hacked. I've always loved Sanghelli and Covenant lore and I believe it would be an extremely enjoyable experience to play as one.

Role play Example/History: I have been role playing for around 8 years. I only started getting into SS-13 around two years ago and since then have fallen in love with it and it's community. Other than that I have spent 3 years rping on Gmod HL2, Halo, and SCP role plays even achieving staff on quite a few servers..

Unggoy - Like most Sanghelli Vot sees these aliens as obnoxious cowardly pests, though a select few have gained his respect due to their loyalty.

Sanghelli - Vat holds a high esteem for his own race, seeing them as superior to nearly all the other races in the covenant aside from the Prophets themselves.

Kig'yar - Vat believes that they are dishonorable untrustworthy creatures and tries to best to avoid contact with them.

general character info: Maxwell is a calm and an independent personality, whose greatest enemy is himself. He spent his early life on the rimworld ring, where he was strongly influenced by the locals muttering about the unfairness the UEG makes them go through. He joined the UNSC marines at age of 24 after finishing medical school. Constant fighting made Maxwell question his morals and the cause he fights for. 

Maxwell's turning point was his own capture. To his surprise, he was treated well. Though he was forced to perform surgery on wounded civilians after major attack on insurrection, he came to an understanding that he is fighting for the wrong cause.

Reason for joining: I have played UNSC, been there, done that. I believe I will feel at home with URF as I discovered that playing innie actually is fun and interesting.
