Do you understand the RoE? Of course, it's essentially the foundation of all the principles within all factions.

Do you understand that you are not above the law, and may be persecuted for not following the RoE? I do.

Do you understand that you can be removed from the whitelist at any given time, based on your behavior, even when not playing the role you applied for? Of course, since this is a role that demands responsibility I would expect no less.

What do you think your job is as the role you are applying for? I believe the job of the Commander is to organise, prepare and lead their men. Sounds simple enough, however when put into practice can prove quite difficult as many hubbies like playing URF as a one-time thing and it's very loosely organised, making it harder for the commander and yet also more necessary for them to learn these principles in order to succeed in the round with their faction. Starting with organisation, one would need to more identify those willing to follow orders, because most players will follow herd mentality and go with the flow, it's important to gain the majority or at least what /seems/ like the majority in order to have a fluent round.
Prepare. In order to do this the commander must familiarise those who haven't used innie equipment so they don't end up trying to fire a gun on help intent or not realising the grenade is shrapnel based as well as briefing the insurrectionists on their objectives in order to remove any doubts or hesitation, as leaving innies to do their own thing is like leaving a roomba with a knife in a room with all your pets.
Lead, this is one of the most important aspects, newer players want to follow veteran players so they don't fuck up, so it's important for the commander to be experienced or at least confident so the newer players have no doubts in their minds about what to do or to follow them, veteran players will also follow an experienced or well-liked commander as they are familiar with them and can also assist them with their duties if need be.

Why should you be whitelisted? I believe myself should be whitelisted for a few primary reasons:
I think myself capable of being one of the 'first' commanders for the URF as it needs a standard, and others believe I'm a bit of a shitter but I can be capable of being serious if need be, especially will do in such a role as this. I think myself experienced and confident with the servers mechanics and have a wide knowledge of the maps and factions, capable of teaching and leading newer players if they pop up for the URF as well as leading the vets themselves due to me befriending a large majority of them, hopefully allowing them to place their trust into my command.
I also believe the URF is in dire need of overall commanders, as most of the time the ship captains just defer to SoE judgement, which shouldn't really be happening since 1) they're not primarily apart of standard innie operations and 2), they're essentially a lower rank or equal to them as well so they shouldn't really be relying on them, creating the need of an overarching commander to help solve this issue.

Of course, however, I prefere to wait 15 minutes instead of 10 to give the most prep time possible for any adversaries. Killing civillians is only ever a last resort, same with unarmed wounded

Of course, if i'm not overthrown by a mutiny, then the swift ban hammer will do it's job.

Of course, i'm fully accountable for my own options, even when playing less demanding roles.

What do you think your job is as the role you are applying for?
To coordinate all URF forces in the area, using all assets available to free the Tauri system from the tyrannical grasps of the UNSC, whilst ensuring as little collateral as possible. I should not be the only one in the URF making the decisions, but I should be the one to coordinate the freedom of the system. If I cannot do that, then I cannot call myself a commander.
Why should you be whitelisted?
I've been practicing my leadership skills thoroughly with mainly URFC Officer and Innie Captain, alongside directing Crescent base as the RD or controlling the Bertels as the XO. I also have experience playing as one of the URFs biggest threats, the ODSTs, and thus know their loadout quite well from using it lots, alongside knowledge of tactics that they prefer to use, such as performing overwatch with the SRS or breaking atmospherics to debuff certain enemies like elites and innies, forcing them to use EVA armor instead of their normal armor. So far, in my time as a URFC Officer, I've only had one admin sit, which involved a peace treaty between the covenant and remaining URF at the time to defeat the UNSC. The matter was resolved and I haven't tried anything similar since. Those are the big reasons I should be whitelisted, my knowledge and experience. Thank you, whoever took time to read this.

Why I join Wildcat Security Solutions aka WSS/What I even type on there about
I did not know what was going on, or anything about this side discord drama.  I joined Wildcat Security Solutions to hang, and talk with Flaksim, cause in my mind he is cool.  Even though he has hate for a certain moderator in Halostation 13.   I didn't know what a side discord even mean til a friendly Stormtrooper told me on march 3rd 1:00 am EST what it really meant: a discord that talked about HS13 unmitigated by any mods or the likes, thus opening up for potential metagaming.   

Now what I have typed on Wildcat Security Solution, which is mostly complaints, and rants about certain player versus player events like where URF took over crescent base an somehow easily built a Mech to be used on mostly unskilled ODSTs making that event URF win heavy.  Or, how grunts have access to the button that leads to level two ground level in Crescent, which yes the map is rather new, and it will be patched out.   I talked about Flaksim on his opinion about fallout server, but most of my conversation was HS13 passed round story of something interesting I did that I've already shared on UNSC chat, and general like taking our URF commandos as RD by using the prototype mech, or praising a very scout sniper marines skills that I've only seen once.  All of which was typed at, or before 12/01/2018 an have not typed anything since on that server.

Reason for my ignorance
I did not pay attention to any recent pings due to me being on do not disturb, reason was cause you can't put group chats on mentions only just full mute which did not show any image pings that someone has typed something, and I didn't want to be that person to say "Hey, can you not spam, or hold any conversation, cause discord constantly pings me that someone is chatting." in those group chats.  The discord pings in Halostation I barely pay attention to due the @everyone, or @UNSC is usually used by random people who just want anyone to join on a 4-10 population round.  So, I apologize for ignoring the notification pings on the server as of late.

Why I should be unbanned
Well first I did not know, or payed attention to whatever drama/offense of a rule that me an/or anyone else who was banned by guilt of association being on WSS.  Cause, that server was mostly to hang out with Flaksim since he quit HS13 of his own reasons. 

Second I only complained about minor things of HS13 that can be changed with time, but never about anybody on Halostation 13 server. 

Third I did not know what was going on til Caelum surprised message me "rip" in my DMs, and Caelum never really types to me.

Fourth I really do like Halostation 13, cause I like the technology, and how the marines are portrayed in that universe.  Plus, the combat is quite amazing, and somewhat different from any other SS13 server there is.   The danger of vaccum of space really shows on the ship breach, and having a good amount of time to help deal with said haul breaches, or struggle to get to the escape pods.  Then, there is the faction interaction of not being full out fire-fight when eyes lock, but a well put decide if you want to want to surrender, or take your way out of being arrested.  The strategies you can make with your superior officer if your faction In-character knows the area the enemy is in.  Doing all that when I am in the "Hey, let's be a UNSC marine, and live out that military life with all the dangers of URF and hostile alien life." mood.

All that gone, cause certain people on WSS badmouth people from HS13 recently that I did not see at all til I was banned with no warning in my DMs beforehand, and had to personally look up what was happening.

Appeal details/ Why should you be unbanned:  First off, I'd like to point out I haven't been on the server in like, 2 months because of IRL stuffs, something I already talked about dealing with (And I have been, thanks for asking! Guess who's lost 40 pounds? This fucker! And guess who's got a girlfriend? Also this fucker!) So I wasn't even watching when I got bannerino'd and someone had to tell me 'RIP' in my messages so I'd know. So that would have been fun to try and log on and see "permanently banned" and go "???"

Anyyyways. I've only posted like...4 times in that discord? And the messages were just me saying how I was loyal to the ODST and UNSC? 



The only time I was mentioned was someone else saying it was a shame I got booted out of the ODST but whatever, live some lose some. 

Anyways, I was pretty neutral about this and avoided the chat as it just revolved around toxicity (I didn't leave it because... dog you really want me to bring up all my discords? Theres a LOT here and I don't leave any of them. Like steam groups. They just pile up.)

I'll not join these servers in the future though. I can see there was some serious salt being slung and I'm not about that life right now. Please let me return to the discord and the server. Thanks.

What do you think your job is as the role you are applying for?  As a Marine Company Officer your duty is to assist the Marine Commanding Officer and Executive Officer with commanding the marines. 

Why should you be whitelisted? I’ve played Halo server back when it ODSTs versus rebels but took a break for a while. Now that I have come back to it I have enjoyed playing a marine gunnery sergeant for a while and wish to move further up the ranks. I also choose to whitelist because there has not been any recent applications for a marine command position.
