Reason why you want to be a representative: 
We don't have any, nobody else wants to be one and I'd rather issues be presented with civility instead of people screaming for nerfs in Discord. I believe there shouldn't be animosity between players of other factions, and a fun and interesting server with three healthy factions beats constantly requesting for buffs for the one myself is in.

I will provide an example situation, I want you to tell me how you will handle it. Please be honest with this as your performance will be reviewed compared to this example.

Example: The Covenant was given a massive buff for balance, raising shield strength. However the UNSC is raising pitchforks because now their ship is being blown to bits more often. The URF has decided to jump on this as well. UNSC and URF players are now messaging you to bring this up to the staff.

What do you say?:

The first thing I'd do before saying anything is gather more information. I would ask in every faction chat of their opinions of the changes and any effects of note they have to tell me. Once that's all said and done, I'd present the information gathered and the opinions of those who weighed in, primarily from those with factions affected by this. If asked, I may provide potential solutions that involve things such as increasing the LB hull strength or their own weapons over simply nerfing the cruiser back to its previous state (unless that's actually the solution.) Regardless of the outcome, my goal would be to present community opinions and come to a solution that satisfies all involved parties.

Reason why you want to be a representative:   i tought why not try, and i kinda wanna bring all fraction closer so taht we dont go onto each other throats all the time if stuff changes or etc

What do you say?:  first ask devs to chek code if there is not a bug wich may causes the UNSC to lose often. if taht is not the case ask the UNSC to screen shoot the rounds and events of said buffs same goes for URF. then ask to coveants on therye side of the story to doucment it. then have the FLs of all fractions take feed back form the players and then have a meet up in VC with all FL and coders to disucss how we may fix/balance or make it so taht the other fractions are happy  as an expamle : covis get powerfull laser we could balance taht with UNSC get more amor for taht then  or an evade chance increased or the laser needs a long cool down timer

the important thing is taht we WORK toghter to fix a unblance on the server and NOT work against each other

general character info: 
Octavian was born in the inner colonies to a moderately well-off family and always looked to the stars for answers. Eventually, he decided he wanted to join the UNSC to see the stars (and because his parents...in better terms... told him he had to or they would disown him) and discover a sense of wonder. That wonder turned to hard cold steel with the death of his pal Buck Blight who served with the Colonial Military Administration, on the CMA Heracles. Since learning of his death, Octavian has vowed himself that he would get revenge for the death of his friend.

Reason for joining :
I thought this faction would be one of the best to join because instead of knowing who your enemy is when fighting, such as the Covenant and URF do, the UNSC technically does not fully know who is apart of the URF, nor do they know where the Covenant ship is 24/7. I think that calls for a lot of stratagem when playing as the UNSC because you don't only have to manage one front, but two. Those fronts being on the ground on Geminus, as well as in Space, from the LB to the ODP. 

Also, as a kid, I thought it'd be interesting to play as a Marine in the halo games, and instead of seeing the games from their standpoint instead of a Spartan who will (always) come out on top (just for the sake of gameplay). And this server for SS13 is the first possibility I've seen for being able to play with others while being a Marine.

Reason for joining : I like the Covenant better then the UNSC and would like to have fun trying out all the new and interesting species.

Roleplay Example/History: I was ODST for a while, but got kicked out due to inactivity. I'm more active now, but I probably won't be going for an extremely in depth role like the ODST were again, at least not soon, haha!

general character info: Zap is a young Kig-yar from a pirating background. He is often rude to grunts, seen pushing them around. He looks down at them, seeing them as inferior. He joined the Covenant, looking to make a profit due to piracy not paying him enough around Eayn.

Reason for joining : I love this server, Halo lore, and the Covenant! I want to get to play as a brute minor!

My roleplay history dates back to 2014 on SS13. I played on Apollo Station and then migrated to Aurora Station. Currently I play on baystation and here, I love the enviroment this server has. RP has been great as a grunt and Kig-yar!

general character info: Slowly Floats Away is your average Huragok, that just wants to fix. They can usually be seen as a Lifegiver, or an Engineer, but either way, they will fix. Whether it be fixing starships, or fixing people, thats all they're good at, and all they want to do. Second to that is their own self preservation, ensured by the Covenant, but that doesn't mean they won't gladly fix humans or human ships... even if the Covenant doesn't want them to.

Reason for joining: I got bored of URF, there wasn't many benefits it provided. Sure, playing an innie is fun, and with a new leader it was a bit refreshing, so I postponed joining the UNSC. But, with the addition of Huragok and Yanme'e, why not join the Covenant?

Roleplay Example/History: I wasn't the best Covenant roleplayer in the past, around late 2018 early 2019. But, I have gotten a lot better at roleplaying, I've read about the Covenant, and more specifically, the races I want to play. I feel like I'm able to actually roleplay Covenant now.

General Character Info: Seasoned Pilot of the UNSC but discharged due to misconduct, overtime grew resentful for the UNSC as the taxes in his home sector slowly rised and is forced to take more desperate and illegal measures to make ends meet. Even if it means being a hired gun or a simple Pirate.

Reason for Joining:URF Major bring back Thorn I retain alot of pilotting and command-Combat skills from being an Elite Ultra often formulating battle plans in the covenant as shipmaster. I'd like to put those skills to use in the Insurrectionist faction however I can both ground and air.

Do you Understand that members of this Whitelist are held to a higher standard of roleplay: Why yes of course, just like how higher ranking officers are to be less involved with fighting and how Ultras are to send Minors to battle first. However as a normal SOE I would still be a frontlinesman but more adept in strategy whether alone or with a team.

Do you understand that if your behavior is deemed inappropriate you will be removed from the whitelist:That's the same as being job banned from HOP for misuse of the access console I am aware.

Do you understand that breaking a server rule you will be removed from the whitelist permanently: Actually one of the reasons for leaving the Covenant was because of its new rules that restrict us from doing some things I was sooner  or later bound to do and get banned for. I am aware.

As for the question of the situation, I've yet to see a wiki update and learn what still applies or not and I've just started a drive for seeing what is valuable to the SOE specifically. As a base level SOE crewman I would try to obtain the Orion Organs <whatevertheyare> only on the condition of being ordered to or majority rule to go and do such an op on an uptight Oni Facility. I'll be bound by RP law itself to voice my own concerns on it of course but I simply  can't not do a mission because I don't want to. The operation will occur with whatever plan is reasoned but due to my lack of knowledge of Northwind's layout the obvious course of action would be to discreetly enter the base without raising alarm.maybe wire cutter barb wire and weld open a wall sloely making our way through the facility with hacked doors <justlikevildidaloneastvoangettingartifact>. Find objective, take extra goodies, and do some sabotage to hinder Oni operations to keep them busy. If anyone is to trip alarm we will use the facility against an incursion from outside UNSC forces having bolting doorways creating new wall girder barricades maybe even exfil through a new hole in the wall as the enemy forces are delayed post finding the objective and securing it. If ship is compromised then the UNSC had to land somehow and I'm not freezing to death on some snowball, use the UNSC devices against them either pelican or Umbilical must be seized. Entry into UNSC vessel and hiding within it until known departure from planet or covenant<if any> happens. Then we will act to seize LB itself even if a bold move might be our only option to get to Geminus alive. But we already know how unrealistic the plan sounds, an assisted uprising on geminus sounds better.

general character info: Alexander was a simple colonist, whose life gets turned upside down when he finds out his father was a member of the URF. Sadly he only found out after his father was gunned down by UNSC during a skirmish, his colony lived in poverty and those like his father believed life would change with them no longer being under the UNSC. After his death he left the colony and sought to join the URF to fight for freedom against the scum who killed his father.

Reason for joining :We are better without the UNSC and their Tyrannical ways, They ruin the lives of people who just want to live and get by and I don't want anyone else to suffer the way my colony did, where murder was common just for scraps of food. I want to make a difference, I want to help people be free from the UNSC.
