Got a 3 hour ban from CM once for EoRG back on the Sulaco when I was a newbie to their server.

Do you have any past experience as server staff/moderation?

I played a local hosted meme server with friends where I familiarized myself with /tg/ admin commands and such. I don't know what your policy on multiple servers is, but I am currently a mentor on Lebensraum. There were times when we did not have a big enough admin team to staff the server all the time, so I learned baycode staffing through a temporary position.

When it comes to staffing any  kind of server, for lack of a better word, competency is the most important quality for good moderation. A combination of being familiar with the administrative mechanics, being able to put yourself in a player's shoes and determine for yourself whether or not what they did was justified, and keeping an open unbiased watch over the round whilst noting anything of interest.

What is your character's intended playstyle?: I'm most comfortable at mid-range where I can flank around whatever threat I might be facing, and am also close enough to fire accurately whilst also being far enough away to evade more shots. I tend to arm myself with a DMR and M6C/SOCOM, along with a trusty combat knife. On the personality side I tend to be quite sarcastic, calling people out when their logic is completely flawed. Even though I may noticeably gripe along the way about how dangerous or stupid something is, I do have enough respect for the chain of command to avoid court martial. The exception to that being if the order is 100% suicidal with little to no gain from carrying said order out.

What is your character's intended playstyle?: Rose is a combat corpsman, She's supportive and defensive but can switch to offensive in seconds. She's kind hearted and will do anything she can to save someone's life. She has a unique way of handling things, but she gets the job done. Rose knows her way around the human body, this understanding has saved many lives in battle.

general character info: a 7'6 Sangheili who is sometimes bloodthirsty when provoked, he pronounces basically every living being that isn't a covenant "Heretic". He will spare some enemies because he deems them "Unworthy" of fighting.

Reason for joining : I have an interest in the lore and my favorite faction is the Sangheili.

I play that nobody know as Thomas Ridges, a bit new to the server so be fair if i screw up twice or once.

general character info: An egotistic peon of the UNSC hailing all the way from the Deutschland, also has acquired an addiction for coffee. 

Reason for joining : Join the navy they said, it will be fun they said. 

Innies hitting the frigate in the first five minutes of the round by rushing to the MAC gun and dressing as marines to go murderboning is seriously lame and indefensible from an RP standpoint even. There should be rules against that shit. If it continues unchecked, it'll continue to ruin rounds and devolve into people shooting everyone they see on sight, because half the time they turn out to be hostiles posing as friendlies.

I've seen this happen in every single round I've played on this server thus far, it should be forbidden to rush the MAC and to crossdress en masse to sow confusion in the ranks.
Especially the MAC is bad in the first five minutes, it prevents most marines from spawning in later in the round and messes up those getting ready to drop.
