general character info: Al'Komum, along with his other comrades back on Earth, wanted to believe in "winning the battle of democracy", but to him, it quickly became clear that even more than before, bourgeois elections don't do shit all for the working class, so he dropped his "idealistic" beliefs and decided that, yes, political power do grow out of the barrel of a gun, and he'll be behind the barrel, this time. But Earth can't yet liberated, the People's War must first start in the outer colonies, and, there, he wasn't the first one to be sick of the UEG... Nasser managed to join the URF by breaking out two "innies" out of a police car, it wasn't easy, but with the aid of a very large rock and a toy gun, he managed to threaten the lone cop into releasing the rebels, who promptly gunned down the officer, as expected really, now complice of crime, and more willing to join, it was easy to join the guerrila fighters.

Reason for joining : Al'Komum doesn't really like entryisme, even more that the URF is composed of people he would never call comrades, he'd gladly take over the organisation and set it straight, but he understand the URF is right now, the only opposition to the UEG and it's armies. So, as long as the UEG and UNSC stand, he'll fight alongside the URF.

I got banned on the goon server a couple of years ago, unsure why, but I believe I went "fuck it" and murderboned everyone one round.


Do you have any past experience as server staff/moderation?
I used to be the only staffer back when colonial marines first started out under kitty, but nothing on SS13 since then.
(Left the job in protest when the host was adamant that turning everyone who hit another teammember into a corgi was a good way to counter griefers: Griefers intentionally let themselves get hit by innocent players, whom then turned into corgi's and were mercilessly slaughtered by aliens, terribad.)

*If you are applying for development, What skills do you have?( Mapping, coding or spriting etc.) 
I'm a mapper, but I have dabbled in coding and spriting aswell, with mixed results.

*If you are applying for development, How long have you done Space Station 13 development?
I have been involved with SS13 since 2007, when I used to make bug corrections to the code and map. (These are the days of the flight bridge to engineering, and when a high pop round was 15+ players on a station that could fit 20 at max)

Since then I havent really worked on SS13, with one exception where I took an early version of SS13 and created a substantially larger map for it. (It was never used, server populations werent that high back in the day.)

I mostly worked on my Star Trek byond game pet project (some sprite attachements below, but we did map out a defiant, sovereign and starbase before we put it on hold) And twiddling with Stargate Online (Mapping various planets and ships for that game)

general character info: The helpful private with Squeakers the mouse plush. She seems a little disheveled for standards, but more than makes up for it with exuberance and vigor, making food for the crew in the mess, leading new crew around the frigate, and assisting colonists all around the frontier. Unless you catch her in a bad mood, then she just comes off as sarcastic or bitchy.  


Reason for joining : Moerk enlisted after dropping out of college and having a large lack of direction in her life. She thought the UNSC would give her an opportunity to travel the galaxy, and give her purpose through helping the folks on the outer colonies and the frontier of space from all the atrocities and nasty plots the URF had been committing on the citizens of the UEG.

General Summary: Essentially a gamemode based around the overall direction of Halo 3 ODST where the map is a multi z city at night where respawns are either nonexistent or limited, making stealth or evasion more important than regular combat. The humans will be various survivors of a Covenant attack and the only reason the city is still standing, albeit barely, is because there are relics in the city that the Covenant Luminary raised attention to. The Covenant players must both hunt for the humans and hunt for relics strewn throughout the city, returning them to their ship.

Details: The city will have 3-4 z levels including a basement level with sewers and basements, the street level, and each building will possibly be either a single story structure, two story, or sky scraper style tower. The entire map will have a run down, recently attacked, gritty and dark feel to it. I will be taking heavy inspiration from H3ODST with styling the city and adding the possibility of supply caches. This gamemode would not require Covenant being more fleshed out though that would be helpful.

Roles: The Covenant would have grunt minors, elite minors, and possibly a limit of 1-2 cloaked elites. The human roles would be surviving police, insurrectionists, marines, and a slim number of ODST that dropped late into the fight. Civilians were either killed or evacuated earlier before the round began.

This Gamemode would be based around humans either killing the remaining covenant or hiding out/running until they get what they want and leave. There would be no clear cut victory or loss, only a story of survivors in their last hours as aliens rip their city apart in search of what they believe to be Forerunner artifacts.

general character info: Warren would have grown up on Earth. His father, a former veteran of the UNSC and decommissioned Lieutenant, would raise him with strict discipline and athleticism. He would achieve decent grades as well as performing excellently in several sports available to him in school. Being a little hot-headed, he often got into fights as a teenager, though through his father, and his physique, he would be able to stand his own ground quite effectively. The atmosphere from home, to joining the UNSC wouldn't be too different, as his father had readied him for this career. When he had turned 18, and graduated from school, he would have enlisted.

Reason for joining: Heavy influences from, and respect for his father would make him enlist himself into the UNSC.

OOC reasons, I love SS13, and I'm loving this server as a fan of the Halo Universe, to the point that I'm planning on  donating on my next paycheck lol.

What is your character's intended playstyle?: Stone specializes in close quarters urban combat. He can complete objectives head-on or using a stealthy approach while still minimizing civilian casualties. Stone believes himself to be a "people's person" and loves to chat. This talkative approach has led to Stone acquiring intel on enemy forces from the local populace on multiple occasions.

Date:02/04/2018 - 20:00 server time

Complain: His character dropped in a drop pod as a marine, without provocation he threatened my character that was a GCPD officer on patrol and begin to follow me, when I got on the Mac he takr off a light machine gun and killed me, after that he destroyed the checkpoint and got out, did not even take my id to enter the Mac, just destroyed the checkpoint
 On that time GCPD and UNSC are on good terms.
