Since I was 13-14, so around 5-6 years.

Once on Paradise, 1 day ban for EORG (Was my very first round of SS13, before I knew EORG was against the rules).
Can't recall any other bans.

Do you have any past experience as server staff/moderation?
I had trial mod on CM at one point, never made it past that. Reason? No entirely sure, never bothered asking as I was very busy at the time. If I had to guess I'd be due to my lack of activity due to irl issues.

Spriting and simple animation, Writing, the basics of C#

*If you are applying for development, How long have you done Space Station 13 development?
This would be the first server I've ever developed for, my ODST backpack sprites are my first ever contribution to a SS13 server's code. 

*If you are applying for development, are you familiar with Git and GitHub?
Yes and though I don't entirely know it in and out, it seems simple enough for me to pick up in no time. I've already gone code diving and figured out the general layout of the code, I just need to figure out how to make pull requests and what-not.

*If you are applying for development, have you made any major contributions to any code bases?
The biggest and only one would be my sprites for this server.

*If you are applying as a spriter, How long have you been a Spriter and how well do you understand it?
I've made many attempts at spriting for my own game concepts in the past, but nothing big or impressive and I'm not sure if I have any surviving examples. I understand enough about spriting, shading, and coloring to produce acceptable sprites and know how to create .dmi files and that's really all you need to get started.

Full ban reason: As said by the admin: They didnt give a real reason, but they know what I did and I really feel bad about it. Would never do it again. I still feel very ashamed about what I did.

general character info: Jimi is the type of person who wants people to be proud of him. He wants to protect everyone around him, he sees himself as a guardian of the people and lives by a noble code of chivalry. Throughout his life he has never sought to be a leader but he had a natural ability to lead, he was always in one way or another thrust into the position through actions and deeds.  He spends a great deal of his free time thinking about others and their well being and how he can help change the universe for the betterment of all. It was in caring for others he discovered his natural fighting ability, when a bully would try to muscle some poor soul Jimi would intervene and always come out on top. He would go on through life this way and discovered he loved to help people just as much as he loved to hurt those who meant the innocent harm. Jimi also has a great deal of medical expertise he learned and can perform many types of surgeries.

Reason for joining : Jimi was going through life feeling like he could never change the world, or the universe for that matter stuck in one place for too long with no money, reputation or power. He saw in the UNSC  a sort of catalyst that would help him gain the reputation, and the power needed for his goals. He signed up with the intention of climbing through the ranks and joining every sort of special operations unit there was on his way to the top. He planned on using this training and his status in the military to protect those he loved and the innocent.

Kailey, though mostly quiet around those she's not talked to much, takes serious pride in her job, ensuring she always performs to the best of her abilities. 
She usually operates with a long range rifle or shotgun, preferring to specialise up close or as support, rather than a regular rifle.

Reason for joining : 
I would love to further my RP ability and opportunity by being able  I believe myself to be quite a good role-player, especially in military scenarios, having played various other Mil-SS13 servers in the past (if not only those).

Alright so I've been getting back into Halo station a bit more now that I Remembered the server existed the server doesn't run like absolute dog shit for me, but have realised a still standing problem on the UNSC side: The ship is waaay to big. 

The Ship lore-wise would of course be this big, but at least from a game-play standpoint, is way too difficult to navigate. Everything is too spread out, and could honestly be compressed down to two z-levels. There's also the part where having less z-levels inherently helps the server. Most servers try to use as little amount of z-levels as possible for this reason.

I therefore propose that maybe the mapping team should work on a smaller map, for game-play's sake.

I can understand if you think this is not needed. Just thought I might bring it to attention.

As of a recent update, ODSTs have been moved over to the ONI prowler, and a majority of times they're played as government spooks. Not only is it inconsistent with the purpose of the ODSTs by and large, as they are special forces and still fall under the UNSC Marine Corps.  It's also a frustration to players, the government spooks are more often than not off on their own incongruent mission, leaving the marines in a bad place and not assisting them because "You're not allowed to know why I'm here", or operating outside of the chain-of-command and attempting to be their own separate force entirely from the UNSC.

I'm suggesting the 4 man team be reinstated on the UNSC frigate, as the wiki page on ODSTs mentions  that "[They] maintain units of varying strength aboard many UNSC vessels and installations". And as James mentioned on the discord, the prowler being set up for various ERTs. Someone mentioned break-ins of the ODST armory being an issue, if this is the case, I suggest moving it to some unused space, perhaps somewhere on deck-1, where it's not easily accessable, and just give ODSTs higher access around the ship.

Hopefully moving them back to the frigate would help increase cohesion between the ODSTs and regular marines, as bringing them back under the same chain-of-command and having them as part of the crew puts them back in a much more integrated position.

I'm sure I've missed something, and I'd love to see where this goes, and what people have to add or detract from it.
