Reason for complaint: 
I ghosted, and Vyet was at the ONI base on VT. They broke the door to where the ONI guards/SL spawn, making it unusable even though no ONI guards were on at the time. They proceeded to head to the vault, stealing the contents alongside capturing an on station researcher. 

Two ONI guards had attempted to spawn, but were unable to break out. They smashed down a couple walls, but were not able to actually remove the girders. I eventually came around 10+ minutes later as an ODST on patrol to free them after they requested it.

Evidence: No logs, as I didn't take any, about 2:00 AM GMT-4 6/19/2019 if you guys have working logs. There is one photo attached.

Reason for joining : Recommended by another user, wanted to try my hand at roleplaying an Elite.

Roleplay Example/History: Have managed to roleplay out of being a covenant prisoner as a human civilian by complying with demands and realistically dealing with the threat of violence as a civilian should. Been playing Citadel for almost two years now, joined CM13 about six months ago. Preffered support and roleplay oriented roles over combat heavy roles.

How does your character interact with the world around them and the people in it?: 
       David can usually be seen chatting with the locals when not in an active combat zone, and is generally seen to be an open person for anyone to talk to. He is usually the first to jump into the action, leading charges and breaching doors first. David makes sure to get all of his comrades out alive, and isn’t there to make any suicidal moves.
       David views his fellow UNSC members as his family members, no matter their rank or title. He makes it his priority to save as many lives as possible, but understands that sacrifices must be made for the greater good.
       He views insurrectionists as nothing more than a bunch of poorly armed rebels, and doesn’t speak or view highly of them. He knows that they will do whatever they can to defend their homes and lives, and is ready to combat them lethally or non lethally.
       For the Covenant, he sees nothing more than a faction of brutal and savage aliens, who should be treated as such and does not make it his top priority to non lethally detain them.


Provide a brief description of your character:
       David Warren is a larger built man, and has black hair with a buzz cut and goatee. David Warren was born in the inner-colonies to a wealthy family who owned a large mining company, which he didn’t want to take any part in. In his younger years, he would often fantasize about travelling the stars and what it would be like to fly a ship. When he came of age, he enlisted into the UNSC and fit in well with his peers. He made great friends while in the corps and was seen as a very relaxed man when not in combat. David excelled in many of his classes, both physical and mental, and his superiors recommended that he should try out for the ODST candidate training. He agreed, and took up the opportunity. David struggled at first in his training, but grew accustomed to the new rigorous training that he would be taking. He graduated ODST training with only minor difficulties, and is now awaiting deployment on the UNSC Bertels as a graduated ODST.

Reason for joining :I always liked Halo and when I went searching for servers I found this one which I really love because of the mods and RPers, I also joined because it is practically the only server using baystation that isn't HRP

Roleplay Example/History: I came to SS13 for roleplay and to generally have fun playing servers ad rping I played TG GOON Hippie Space punch CM and then this server since I like halo.

How does your character interact with the world around them and the people in it?: He's an optimistic youth and a bit of a drunk. He's loyal to the people he cares about, and sympathetic towards his enemies. He knows how bad the Covenant are, but has had experiences with them that didn't immediately end in someones death. The duality of war, as it were. He's open to taking prisoners, but isn't afraid to pull the trigger if he has to. His personality around friends could be described as 'Friendly alcoholic with a great amount of care and friendship."

Provide a brief description of your character: 5'9 Anglo-Irish lad spacerborn, his citizenship is Geminus. That's right, a Geminus native. He was born aboard a small shuttle ship, which then landed on Geminus. He grew up happy, friendly, and fierce, having been rather poor in his days. He joined a gang at a young age, being struck into the local URF cell as a child. From there, he grew up as a URF Loyalist... Aye, until he realized the truth of the matter. He saw the holotapes. He saw the videos of people being butchered in the streets by aliens. He heard the planets going dark.

He knew friends, people from those planets. Gone forever. It terrified him. But he knew he had to fight. And sitting around with the URF wouldn't get him anywhere. He went to a local recruiting office, enlisting for the ODST before he was sent to Mars for training. From there, he went through the grueling process of training, through hell and high-water, before he was finally accepted. 

Now, he fights on the frontlines, your average ODST with a streak of mercy to him, ready to protect all the lives he can- Be they human or alien. But with a finger on the trigger.. He's not afraid to take a life or two if they seem like they might be a threat.

What do you think your job is as the role you are applying for?

 The job of the commanding officer as stated is to lead the marines (and by extent ODST) through the round to accomplish the tasks of the UNSC. Their job is also most importanty to provide a fun and enjoyable experience to their subordinates and present new Roleplay opportunities.

Why should you be whitelisted?

I have been playing as the UNSC in total for about nearly two years now (granted in between i had taken a minor break from the UNSC to experience new opportunities in the URF) and in that time i have noticed that the UNSC is lacking in (competent) command players. Most of the round you do not even see a platoon leader, much less an officer and i would like to contribute to solving that issue with contributing to rounds as command roles.

 I fully understand that they are an esteemed body guard with all the rights and restrictions that entails and not soldiers, leave leading charges against heretic positions to the Majors and Minors.

Situation: 


Your fellow Honour Guard has been killed, as well as your prophet, by a human. You saw the human do this and follow him to find a group of humans. After engaging, you manage to kill the offending human, but the others manage to retreat where you could easily follow. What do you do next?

According to Honor guard regulations and the fact that i've already killed the one who dishonored me, my next course of action is alert the battlenet of the prophet's death and either begin guarding the Shipmaster if one is present. Or returning to the Mantle and guarding it until someone of a suitable position appears for me to resume my duties. Depending on circumstances i may instead commit suicide to restore my honor.


Why should you be whitelisted?

  I believe i could add to the general fun and RP of the covenant side, the chance to RP the dynamics of the honored bodyguard of a VIP appeals to me from an RP perspective as an avid fan of the halo games and lore. I generally fulfill the combat requirements a role such as Honor Guard entails and am able to Roleplay to a relatively high degree when required. Ultimately it all boils down to the fact that i believe playing the dynamics that this role entails could make for a great deal of enjoyment for every one involved in both RP and combat situations.

Reason for joining : I have had the covenant whitelist for over a year and am not really happy with the state of it right now and the UNSC seems like a better choice for me. I would rather play UNSC right now rather than any other roles, and having the official title of UNSC faction member would be nice.

Reason for joining : The Skirmisher Kig-Yar phenotype has always been my favorite race in halo, and I enjoy the Covenant aesthetic.

Roleplay Example/History:  Lots of experience on other stations, such as Bad Deathclaw and Citadel. I've been able to roleplay and talk my way out of many situations that would've had my character die.
