Roleplay Example/History: A month or so ago I got to roleplay a fun situation. I was an Ultra, deep in the heretic base, the last one alive with a Huragok (we know how that goes.) while I was making my last stand, a spartan challenged me to a duel. Castio, upholding his honor to his dying breath, disregarded his plasma rifles and ignited his energy sword in order to match the Spartans machete, a duel took place where marines watched as the two clashed, at points dropping and exchanging weapons with one another. In the chaos, Castio came out on top, however, the marines shortly after rushed him and killed him.

Explain what you would do in the following scenarios and why:


Scenario 1:

You’re on the ONI Aegis and the ONI RD requests a Sierra team to deploy to VT9, as the covenant have been spotted and are attacking. They have not breached the gate and it is unclear as to the size of their forces. What do you do?

Firstly; i'd ask either the RD or Security Commander about the size of the Covenant's forces, composition and then the size of their own forces. If it is a mere one or two Kig-Yar, T'vaoans or the like - what can be assumed as a scouting party, i'd remain shipside. If there is cause for it, requesting that the local marine's shipside go down first as to not overextend is a likelyhood, though that may be rendered null if there is none available or they are wiped out.

However, if there are no ONI or they are overwhelmed by oncoming forces (i.e multiple elites, a wraith, etc) I would then deploy and assist in pushing back the local Covenant force and defending UNSC assets.

Scenario 2:

You’re on the ONI Aegis and receive an urgent request from a Platoon Leader to deploy onto the UNSC Warship as the Insurrectionists have deployed a sizeable force and are taking control of the ship, and arming the nuclear device as they request assistance. What do you do?

Due to the situation, my first reaction would be to board - and during this ask about the Insurrection's forces, equipment, and what remains of the UNSC - ODST, Marines, crew, etc. The priority would be to disarm the nuke, preventing the loss of the ship, then handling whatever Insurrection forces remain to prevent further damage. I would likely stay shipside for a little while to ensure that there are no more boarding efforts.

Scenario 3:

You’ve been deployed on a mission to give the covenant back their bomb. You manage to arm the bomb, but your fellow spartan has been cut down and his body is being dragged away by the Covenant towards an escape pod. What do you do?



My first priority would be to ensure that the Covenant do not obtain the Spartan and the MJOLNIR attached. I would engage whatever forces are dragging away the Spartan, then activate the self-destruct. I would return to the bomb and complete my objective,

If the timer has passed the threshold for defusal, I would do the same but attempt to load the Spartan and myself onto an escape pod. If I land in an area controlled by hostiles, I would activate their SD. If not, I would request an immediate pickup.

Banned from the discord here for a time. And, two other servers serving full ex communications though, one of them is more of a mild request. I've increased my therapy sessions due to it. I will make this abundantly clear I have been and will curb myself if I start getting terrible. If need be for explanation just DM me.

Scenario 1:

I get two pieces of information from the RD or ONI Security Commander before deploying. First, I ask if the covenant have been physically spotted, then I ask the size of the force in comparison to the ONI defending force. If it is larger than the ONI force, or there are a large number of elite units, I deploy and assist the local security forces in securing the base. If it is only a few scouts, I will let them handle it, unless there are no guards at all.
Scenario 2:

You’re on the ONI Aegis and receive an urgent request from a Platoon Leader to deploy onto the UNSC Warship as the Insurrectionists have deployed a sizeable force and are taking control of the ship, and arming the nuclear device as they request assistance. What do you do?

Time being a commodity I wouldn't have, and having assumed the Insurrectionists were strong enough to overtake the marines on board and defeat and able to arm the FENRIS Nuke. At that point, my objectives would be as followed 1.Disarm the bomb to prevent the loss of the ship 2. Deal with an Insurrectionists along the way by any means needed. 3. Attend to sweeping for any stragglers 
Scenario 3:

You’ve been deployed on a mission to give the covenant back their bomb. You manage to arm the bomb, but your fellow spartan has been cut down and his body is being dragged away by the Covenant towards an escape pod. What do you do? 
The first priority is securing the Mjolnir armor system. If the timer on the bomb is below 60 seconds, kill the forces defending the body, and immediately make my way to an escape pod with the body, if that's not an option , activate the self destruct and move to an escape pod. Alternatively, if the timer is above the time it takes for defusal, I leave the bomb entirely and ensure that the body doesn't fall into Covenant hands. After destroying the body with the suits self-destruct mechanism, I move back to the bomb and complete the mission

Character Information: an experienced, but still somewhat young Unggoy who is very much loyal to the Covenant and the Great Journey, showing an exceptional respect to members of the Ministry. Has a friendly in-general attitude towards the other members fo the Covenant and is behaves much calmer than most youth of his kin (with same half-excited expressing nonetheless), though he is easy to enrage by insulting things that he holds dearly, most obvious being the religion.

Reason for joining: well, I missed the offline members purge by missing pings about it, so now I would very much like to get the ability to talk about vile heretics in dedicated chat be in the faction I like the most both in terms of lore and in the way it plays out again. There is just something about both how the Covenant races interact with each other, working together to make up a strong army and their views on life, which in my opinion gives a lot of opportunity for both passive and active RP.

Roleplay History: played on this server for several months from start of the November 2019. Played on mostly medium-high RP servers, like Bay, a few times on TG, servers with different settings which involve some passive RP (like Fallout servers, Warhammer server and so on).

Appeal details/ Why should you be unbanned: I had seen a bunch of recreated videos recently and well edited recreations as well. Upon the memery I thought this was a really well edited video, as the music, and the edits made it seem like it wasn't real. I had only found out that it was really the real deal upon waking up this morning. I had searched online if there was a recorded mass shooting and only came up with Sandy Hook and the Las Vegas shootings so thought this wasn't really real. I would like to apologize, I had informed these other discords I had seen it on that it is indeed real, and they should take it down. I feel I should be unbanned because I had no idea what this was and felt it was appropriate as no one really said anything when I posted it. It was also with a bunch of ISIS videos so I don't understand what this one mistake has made me perma banned for. The reason I read is that I could have gotten the discord removed, and I don't see any proof of that. I just want to come back and join in the fun, three years playing here, its a family. I made a mistake, yes, It happens. Will I do something like that again? No, I wont post videos or Gifs of murder sprees because even reenactments could upset people. Dark humor is one thing, but I agree I went too far, I'd just like to be back on the server and with my family that is the community.
