Please answer these scenarios to the best of your ability, this is to gauge your playstyle in comparison to the other Spartans and to make sure you have a firm grasp of how a spartan is meant to operate, as well as how to best utilize the tools available to the UNSC.


1:The covenant have began scanning at the PD and are roughly 25% of the way through the scan. You are the only person geared up currently, but there is a sizable unit of marines who have just respawned. What do you do?
prepare a vehicle to move out with the support of the marines once they are geared up because UNSC fights better as a squad then as a lone soldier

2:You are the lone UNSC member currently on the site. You know of the covenant presence on the planet, estimating 2 elites and some unggoy. You are forced to attack them. How do you best use your skillset and abilities to do so? assume the covenant are out on the streets of Geminus City, and have no armored support.

prioritize taking out any grunts armed with heavy weaponry and use hit and run tactics to lead the covenant on a fight whilst picking them off slowly

3:There is an assualt on a strongly defended and reinforced covenant position which the marines and ODSTs cannot break through, however you know of a side passage which, whilst still guarded, is less defended than the front door, however it is guarded by a spirit on the roof which is locked down to provide reinforcements. How do you proceed? Assume there are no other roof access points on the map, but you have access to both the full vehicle and weapon compliment the UNSC starts with.


have the marines and odst keep up the frontal attack whilst i take c-12 and a assault rifle blow up the spirit at the side passage  and move to take out forces from behind whilst the marines attack from the front forcing the covenant forces to hold off a attack from both sides allowing the troops to use this to their advantage and punch through the front to support me if the covenant are out of reinforcements we should be able to fairly easily wipe out the forces if we work together.

What are some examples of good Covenant Roleplay that you have been a part of?
There was a round where not much was going on, the game had progressed late into the round and there wasn't any fighting going on because there were three jackals hanging back on the flagship too afraid to fight (They were the only Covenant). The fleet was going to arrive in some time, but I decided it was better to get something happening rather than the nothing that was currently happening. So I decided to join as an unggoy (either ultra or Deacon). It took some goading, but I managed to get the jackals ready and equipped for combat. Got us deployed, and led us into battle. Even though the fleet came and overwhelmed the flagship eventually, we managed to plant the antimatter bomb and destroy the UNSC base in that short time.

What do you think your job is as the role you are applying for?
The role of a prophet, I am the instrument of the gods and must carry out their very will... as decreed by the High Council. The ultimate success of Covenant forces, as well as the preservation of forerunner artifacts, and the destruction of all heretical elements rests on my shoulders.

Why should you be whitelisted?
I have a good track record, I can rp, I have a good understanding of the game mechanics, haven't broken any rules. Ultimately I understand the importance of upholding the standards of a whitelisted individual.

Situation:


Your fellow Honour Guard has been killed, as well as your prophet, by a human. You saw the human do this and follow him to find a group of humans. After engaging, you manage to kill the offending human, but the others manage to retreat where you could easily follow. What do you do next?
After cursing myself for not being able to defend the prophet properly, I walk in shame to the nearest communications relay to tell of my failure, proceeding to guard the shipmaster, if none is present, I will commit suicide to regain the lost honor I have.

Why should you be whitelisted?
I believe I would make a decent guard, as I have no problem with following orders and guarding a person or place for long periods of time. I also think I'd be able to assist anyone who wants to be a prophet in the rare case they show up.

general character info: Determined to be the best grunt in the whole covenant! succeed in the great journey, also is veeerrry good at flying though is often told never to attempt it again by boss man he also has a nice collection of heretic helmets. 

Ultimate goal though is to become a shipmaster! In order to have my OWN FLEET TO FIND THE HOLY FOOD NIPPLE!

Reason for joining :I played on this server awhile back when it wasn't as flushed out, but after a few round I've met some pretty cool people, also I want to play other roles in the covenant, like deacon and such  

Roleplay Example/History: I play on CM, bee and I have also played on aroura for like a round. So I think I'm pretty good at fighting sort of. 

The general theme and idea of this event comes from a comment from James.

- The old URFC make a return, armor and all, probably with the Avarice to reclaim their throne.

- The SoE fight to maintain their position as top dog of the URF's 'special' forces.

- The UNSC probably vibe during this infighting.

- The URF either pick a side, don't pick a side, or overdose.
