Purpose: Tactical Support
You are a crew member stationed on the UNSC Heaven Above, you are to make sure that the ship is running at optimal combat efficiency in your fight to secure the sector from hostile elements. However you are not a soldier you should not be running around on the front lines with the rest of the marines. You re to stay on the ship and defend it in case you are boarded.
The Thankless Job
Job Duties
You are either helping make sure that the guns on the ship are manned, making sure that the power on the ship is flowing, and that the ship stays in tip top shape, even if it means cleaning up the messes that the marines make. It is a thankless job however your efforts are not in vain as you are the ones who support the marines even if they may not realize it. You are making sure that they have a place to come back to from the fighting they do on the ground even when they don't know it.

Abandoning Ship
You are ultimately responsible for the ship. You may leave if the ship has taken heavy damage and is crippled. However you should be the last to leave the ship and make sure that any intelligence that could be used by the enemy is destroyed before you leave yourself.
