How does your character interact with the world around them and the people in it?:  While on duty, Weiss is professional -- not talking unless they need to, and during training exercises she can get competitive, trying to one-up members of her team.


UNSC:  Weiss holds the UNSC in high regard. Weiss tries to get along with the enlisted personnel to the best of her abilities, but her competitive nature can rub some people the wrong way, while treating officers with all the respect their rank deserves.


URF: Being from the outer colonies when she was younger, Weiss could see some of the points the URF raised and sympathise with their situation but currently, she views the insurrection as a pointless waste of resources that could go to fighting the clearer Covenant threat.


Covenant: Genocidal Aliens that are hell-bent on turning human planets into rock and sand, Like any normal human she will fire at Covenant onsight only attempting to capture on orders from higher-ranked personnel.

General character info: 
Vinci was born and raised in the heart of Sol, Earth. His family had a long enlistment history as generations of his family had served under the UNSC. Pre-Covenant threat, Vinci worked in an office in Sydney near "The Hive" where some of his family members were stationed. However, as events sprung forth such as the Eridanus Insurrection and the inevitable Covenant threat, it set in motion his ancestral blood to serve and defend humanity from traitors and those beyond, soon enlisting to fight the Covenant threat. 

Leon is someone his friends label as a serious type of person, someone who takes his work seriously and appreciates hard work and focus to every goal he is given. He's a fairly social man to his peers and enjoys speaking to his co-workers. However, to those that know him within the Corps, he is known and appreciated as the jokester that he is, when in loss, or in victory, he usually cracks the jokes to bolster the mood. It seems that within this military setting, it eases him more than it did within the private civilian sector. 

Which role is your character's main(ex: Technician, Marine, etc): 
Marine Scout Sniper, Standard Marine, Assault Recon Marine, and any sort of Marine that is outside any super technical field.

I joined because I enjoy the UNSC greatly and I've been a huge Halo fan since the first one came out. I'd just be happy to continue playing within the UNSC and its various roles throughout my time here.

How long have you been a member of the Covenant Faction?: 
Roughly a month now, give or take due to school.

What are some examples of good Covenant Roleplay that you have been a part of?: 
I cannot say that I've participated in many planned events so far, but previously I have gotten quite a few chances at being the ranking 'officer' aboard the covenant vessel, which has been highly entertaining. Not just because one must plan what the good 'ole humans will be doing, but also operating by what those who are currently spawned in can do. Such as in one a medic, or is one more experienced in assassination/sabotage. The list for people's personal skills goes on, and utilizing those skills within an RP is magnificent. For instance, the previous match I was just in consisted of a grunt which was a very fine medic, as well as a Kig-Yar which was excellent in scout and retrieval, yet, when we brought on board the artifact, it began spreading radiation as well as causing internal organ damage. Had that grunt never been apart of the game, the whole Covenant team would have wound up dead due to radiation, passing out, and so on...but thanks to 'em, we kept on going and trying to plan out how a vastly outnumbered and damaged ship which lacked power could possibly fight the humans. Eventually, a plan was formed in which we throw everything at them and try to divert their attention to the vessel while planting an antimatter device on the colony, but both failed so...slipspaced away. All in all, it was a nice touch of guerrilla warfare and skirmishing instead of going in with an army and trying to overwhelm with either numbers or superior weaponry.  The match before that consisted of a relatively medium-sized force of Covenant members taking the Artifact from VT, then proceeding to attempt to glass the Colony, which was a major success. But, by the end when we attempted to destroy the UNCS vessels, we simply were unable to, so it proved a nice experience just to know when one needs to cut their losses and make for home. Both of these rounds were quite fun, though it was difficult to get any human prisoners if they're either all running away, asleep, or just simply trying to kill themselves. Most often, I find that leading the Covenant forces from an Elite Ultra/Zealot position to be the most enjoyable simply because of the excitement of never knowing how the game is gonna play out and having nothing really to fall back on. If you lose the ship, then that's that.

Yes, I do.

Do you understand that you are not above the Covenant law, and may be persecuted for not following the RoE?
Yes, I do, and I'll be certain to follow it to the letter, unless of course for the enjoyment of others, and the game in general, it would be more enjoyable to have a rebellious shipmaster and have to deal with a small civil war in the midst of around. But of course, only if it fits.

Do you understand that you can be removed from the whitelist at any given time, based on your behavior, even when not playing the role you applied for?
Of course, and I will do my utmost to act responsible in such a role.

What do you think your job is as the role you are applying for?
I believe the job of the role of which I am applying for includes, as stated in the format for the application, to "mak(e) sure that their ship is not crippled, captured or destroyed along with the strategic deployment of the heavy on-ship weaponry." as well as to be the acting commander of Covenant forces within the region, but not being the Field Commander. Instead, delegating command to those who would be my subordinates such as an Elite Ultra, or the Brute Captain. In the case of an invasion on a city, the shipmaster would be required to stay aboard the vessel, but could still assist with the combat going on on the ground, for instance, by using pilots to transport supplies to and from the battlefield, such as wraiths or weaponry/medical supplies. But also could assist by bombarding certain locations, or, when it's needed, regrouping units into areas that are needed, especially if there NCO/leader died or was wounded in the previous engagement and is unable to continue giving orders. In all, they should act as the overwatch commander of a battlefield, or, in better terms, the God of the field. Who sends in support where it's needed, when it's needed, and hopefully how it's needed without simply staring at space thinking "I'm in charge of this vessel, so what's going on down there ain't my concern at all." And, of course, advance the Covenant's and Prophets' goals to advance the Great Journey towards finally being a possibility to undertake.

Why should you be whitelisted?
I believe this role would be one of pure enjoyment to me simply because one gets to experience being in complete control (excluding Prophets, or maybe even Arbiters if one shows up) of the operation, as well as trying to make that everyone on the Covenant side is having a good time and isn't getting bored or simply don't understand why X thing is happening. But in all, I just want to help people 'ave a gloriously fun time while also killing Marines, Spartans, ODSTs, and those weird nerds and ONI lads who just weren't good enough for their dreams. Being a Shipmaster, I believe I'd be able to make a large portion of people 'ave some fun, and hopefully prevent mindless slaughter of grunts, when instead....they could be made into suicide grunts!

General character info: Julia Waters, is a young woman from the far reaches of UNSC space. Living within the poverty stricken outer rim, she was born upon a outer rim world so unimportant that even the name it would not matter or be realised by anyone. Luckily for her case however, her family being just wealthy enough to send her to school, however as if that mattered as upon leaving school she found herself unemployed and desperate. So with nowhere else to go, she enlisted within the UNSC Navy. After the normal background checks, interviews, medical examination, fitness examination, and finally basic training, she would graduate from Basic though now confronted in which she should specialise in. For her own personal gains if she ever decided to leave the military, she decided to take the path of a Hospital Corpsman. The further training enhancing her knowledge of chemistry, medicine, surgery, and finally her infantryman skills as it was not uncommon for Navy Corpsman to be assigned to UNSC Marine Units. Finally after all her training, not standing out for good or nor bad reasons so would finally graduate, and be sent to her first unit for deployment.    

Which role is your character's main(ex: Technician, Marine, etc): Navy Crewman (Unofficially Navy Corpsman), normally within the ship's or station's medbay ready to take in the intake of injured Marines, ODSTs, and Crewman. Along with making medicine, and with surgery when needed. However would occasionally play as a Marine Medic or Researcher 

Reason for joining : I've played the all of the Halo games, enjoying the universe, and it's lore. Along with the fun, but heavy RP in which the server offers which makes playing fun, and enjoyable. I have also been playing upon the server for a bit now so I thought it would only be natural at this point to properly join the community.

Thought it'd be better if we kept all event ideas in one clean thread. Suggest your event ideas here and ways to improve others. 

GROUND WAR EVENT - Complete focus on a ground battle on whatever planet with one faction defending and one attacking. We've had a couple on Emsville, VT and Geminus and they all seem to go pretty well.

General character info: Born on the Outer-Colony world of Sedra, Maverick wasn't anything special in his youth. Only barely passing enough courses in his youth to join the medical field. Quickly hired aboard a UNSC medical ship after receiving his doctoral in General Surgery (Of which to this day he still complains about, but was forced to in order to keep his job. Damn Sedra Economy!). if there is a way a human being can be mutilated, de-limbed, disfigured, burned, mauled, eviscerated, or even how far a toothbrush physically can be put up-|REDACTED!| Maverick has seen it, tried to fix it, and ultimately been forced to hear the same repeating whine of "Doctor, I'm in pain!" "Doctor, why do I feel so horrible?" "Doctor-Doctor! I have an itchy rash!", and his favorite: "Doctor I can't feel my leg- Well you don't have one anymore, jackass! There a dozen other before you with much worse condition! Now shut-up and don't bleed out while I'm trying to reattach the Helljumpers spine in four places!" Bah! If there is a reason he became a freelance "Underground Bonecutter", it was the constant nagging and piss-poor pay that a military-life provided.. Besides, do the URF bitch as much? Well of course they do! But least they're paying him in credit-chips directly.. Through, the decision to join as a full-fledged combat-medic, organ trafficker and 'Improvtu Interrogator' came 'naturally'. As payments increased and the same few faces began to recognize the 'Doc'  as a friendly, if blunt; face of medical 'reasoning' in a time of war and aliens tactically laser-beaming everything!
Now stop cryin' about the needles in the eyeballs and be happy you're not blind!

Reason for joining: The URF. U-R-to the motherfuckin'-F are the best damn faction! We may be outgunned, outclassed and hell- maybe our bombmaker just blew a hole into space through the floor because SS13 logic and destroyed the base! But 'ya know what? Fuck it. We'll fight them in the city, we'll fight them in space- Hell, if we could fight them in slipspace: We would! Anytime the Innies are on the field, we'll be there to shoot a few times, run and hide and eventually get killed one-by-one by MAC rounds and ODST snipers. That's the way the URF does it!

Jacob Stone, former ODST, would defect to the URF after no longer being able to stomach the extremism seen in the ranks of the UNSC while they claimed to be fighting just that. Heavily disagreeing politically with the UNSC for their New World Order-type socialistic ideals and the general incompetent shown by the UEG, Stone was no longer willing to die for the UNSC or for Earth. Now with the goal of liberating as much UNSC held territory before his number comes up, Jacob Stone works hard as a part of X52 to aid in bettering the URF's ability to fight the UNSC.

Reason For Joining:
While I certainly enjoyed being an ODST and being apart of the UNSC, that kind of gameplay has since grown pretty stale, so I'd like to enjoy a different kind of playstyle after having it been heavily recommended to me. Bringing with me quite the experience with HaloStation and SS13 in general for having played it for over 4 years, I'd like to enjoy a new play style and help provide some activity for the URF.
