Enforcing the law:
Law is enforced by the Sangheili when other species are the offenders, the next rank up if a Sangheili is the offender. If absent, the maximum ranking Jackal up will take care with punishments.
Punishments are to be inacted as the offenses are committed. Holding personnel accountable way after is prohibited to avoid abuse.
