Taurus City is a map reserved for the Capture and Hold gamemode. It is thematically based around a small city on Taurus Colony, featuring a variety of buildings with various functions, wide open roads, sidewalks with occasional structures useful for cover, and a beachfront on the south end of the map. Capture Points for the gamemode are found throughout the city within the various buildings, requiring players to cover large areas in order to complete their objectives and win the round. The map features only one Z-Level, and as such features no rooftops or subterranean features.
Buildings Around the Map
Hospital: The largest building on the map, it is easily recognized by its size and stark white walls. It features a large variety of rooms, including waiting rooms, lobbies, offices, a staff lounge, a cryogenics room, a operation room, a pharmacy, rooms for patients, a body scanner room, a morgue, and a ambulance car park. A wide variety of medical supplies can be found around the hospital, making it useful for stocking up or brewing helpful chems when in a pinch and away from your faction's ship. It has the chance to spawn a Capture Point in the staff lounge. It is located on the west edge of the map.
