From the outer-colonies, on a Russian-speaking planet. Formerly was occupied as a UNSC Marine, and fought briefly during the Human-Covenant war. Only to desert, after
an incident where his unit was abandoned, and he and a few others found hospitality in a URF stronghold, then having a change of allegiance due to his background. And
a bit of 'indoctrination.'

Reason for joining :
I want to have URF perms, and see what other roles I can play as URF aside from the obvious two normal roles.
