I personally didn't role-ban you. (I don't even know how role-ban people.)
I've looked at the Player_Notes and I've found nothing regarding this role-ban so.

Since its been a year ago and the admin who did role-ban you didn't put it in the notes(to reference for along with other information or details regarding the ban) then yeah I think the role-ban an should be lifted.
