At the time i felt like i needed an hiatus and didnt feel like arguing my case and even though "like my only option for victory" is true its not the entire story, what happened was it was a flood type event where we were stuck on a prison ship/station and i saw some guy hauling around a crate, so i opened it and took a gun. Then he told me to drop it and started punching me so i shot. The "only option for victory" is because he was wearing armor and punching me so fighting back with fists was disadvantageous since i had no armor, no idea why it says marines instead of marine but it could have been accidental i guess.

Also i dont think i have any other warnings or anything like that and while i wouldnt call myself a veteran, i had played for some time so a single lapse of judgement in that timeline isnt a big deal in my opinion.
