Details of complaint: Various days on the discord this has been an issue. Mclovin has been frequently changing my name and encouraging members of the playerbase to send me feetpics, despite be requesting him to stop multiple times.

This is the most recent request of Mclovin to stop with changing my nickname to 'send me feet pictures'. I've already had multiple users (most notably Pantas). I believe encouraging members of the community to send others fetish pictures is extremely inappropriate, and despite my requests I was met with this today

After multiple requests of Mclovin to stop it is obvious he has no intention to. I'm very sick of getting send these photos, and Mclovin encouraging harassing me with them. So I have now decided to officially make a complaint so he will discontinue abusing his powers by changing my nickname, and having other users send me feet. Along with the demeaning nicknames that I quite honestly do not enjoy being called (which he is aware of).

Thanks for your taking the time to write this complaint. Foremost, I have verified all of the informations at my disposal. While it seems you have asked Mclovin to stop changing your name, the real problem here seems the harassment you seem to suffer from. I have a couple of logs here that shows your interest, be it a joke or not, will be considered as a sign of consent:

Therefore, the problem does not lie with the content that is being sent to you; but who is sending it. The rest of the logs show your discontent with the content that is being shared with you. If you ask me, all those logs come off as conflicting. Do you understand that, by posting such comments, you may have built yourself a reputation? I am not teaching you anything, reputation on SS13 follows you everywhere. Putting the blame on another person just doesn't fix your issues.

Mclovin will be spoken to about changing the name of discord users without their consent regardless.

That was before it became out of control and I asked people to stop. I do see your point, and that's a fair statement. But after a certain point the joke became tiring and people did send me legitimate feet pictures, which I was disturbed by. I had recently asked Mclovin to stop and he didn't. That is where my problem lies. I told him explicitly to stop, and even in DMs told him to stop, and in response he told me to 'fuck off' and 'fuck out of my DMs'.

At this point onward you should've blocked whoever had sent you those feet pics or even tell them to stop. You asked him once to stop harassing you, which he did by the look of it, since I cannot find any additional instance of him doing anything against you. You recently complained in AHELP about an UNSC Ship being called "Fuk Shiz Up". And seeing as it was tolerated, you moved to discord to ask who the admin that was handling you ahelp was.

You made a jab at an admin for doing their work and you were subtly backseat moderating. You saw a problem when there was none, and by the look of it it was enough to explode on this admin who had done nothing to you, they even explained to you why the name was fine. Mclovin, who happens to be a senior admin, had to step in to calm you down. By the look of it, the way he told you to stop sounds like it was the last straw for you. It wasn't an acceptable way to be told to stop regardless, so I can say that you are both at fault. I don't think Mclovin meant any harm to you by referring to you as footboi.

From what I've gathered, you recently had an issue with Mclovin on a minecraft server. I'm not going to discuss it here because it's not the topic. But at the end of the day, it boils down to you seeing it as an opportunity and an excuse to push this complaint. Perhaps I am wrong, perhaps I am right. I believe that I'm right because all evidences are against you so far.

I am going to close this complaint unless you've got something else to say.
All I can say is that Mclovin will be spoken to. And I will ask you to refrain for engaging the admins if it is to make a jab at them or disrespect them because you didn't like their answer. Next time, if you have a problem with an admin, you bring it up with someone above them. You brought this upon yourself and naturally, that made the case worse.
