I've seen you around a lot, and unfortunately, I have to say that your conduct is generally the exact type we are adding this whitelist for.
You RP poorly ingame, complain endlessly about the UNSC whitelist and therefore, the spartan whitelist (the former being four lines).
This application is denied. You may apply again in at least one month, I'll be watching for any improved conduct.
