I first want to open this with this, when you singed up for ODST the line "Do you understand that if your behavior is deemed inappropriate you will be removed from the whitelist?" and you agreed to it understand any action can be deemed inappropriate, secondly  ">As I'm scanning myself because I wasn't fully healed I see a strange chemical called "Unknown biological containment." My first thought was flood because what else would it be?"  you would have ZERO IC knowledge of what the flood is so right off the bat it isn't looking good. from the logs the RD seems to be doing tests since they found samples from the temple  http://prntscr.com/qzvstc . Next bit ">I ask the RD what the chemical was and they said it would make me heal and run as fast as a spartan. Obviously it was bullshit" Again you would have ZERO IC knowledge how the chem even work so using OOC knowledge to influence your actions. Once again checking the round logs that day when you ahelped it seems they gave you proper reply and you closed the ticket and figured the matter was mute http://prntscr.com/qzw00j http://prntscr.com/qzw0m2  http://prntscr.com/qzw0vw I'm pretty sure the player of the RD didn't know what it really was but gave some RP fluff to it instead. looking more into the logs it seems they went blind and even asked you to inject them with the same chem http://prntscr.com/qzw25u  which of course you didn't aid the RD left them in a banged up shape.  at this point in the logs this takes place by the front gate  where they tried to plant c-12 down but failed to do so you got psychical with them http://prntscr.com/qzw3j4 which I'm sure rubbed them the wrong way and fought back shooting you with a dart and you proceed to threaten the RD who runs the ONI base and does outrank you vastly http://prntscr.com/qzw4ip  then I can see where he whispered to the other guard and then open fired on the RD http://prntscr.com/qzw5ba http://prntscr.com/qzw5nr so the guard was doing his job as an ONI GUARD and killed you, it doesn't matter if your target was ONLY the RD the guards would have killed you regardless http://prntscr.com/qzw5yc what this boils down to is two wrongs doesn't make it right, if you would have turned or if the guards would have killed you, you SHOULD have ahelped that because then the guards and RD would be in the ones in trouble. note the RD player in question was also spoken to about their behavior that round and was job banned.  if you wanted the pull the IC card okay, highcomm would have had you arrested/killed for killing a high level section III RD thus you would lose your rank as ODST anyway.

I believe there are some misunderstandings and I would like to clear them up.

Of course, I know I would have zero IC knowledge of the flood. I was thinking this OOC and IC I roleplayed along with it until my character started getting a bad feeling about it. RD had claimed it would make me as fast as a spartan and aid in healing, well I had been scanning myself multiple times and it wasn't refilling my blood or healing my damage, and I obviously wasn't moving very fast so I assumed something fishy was happening.

Right before this happened we were under attack by tvoan snipers, I didn't know the exact numbers but what I do know is that they were inside the base and had cutoff all escape routes. I was in a hurry to recover our backup as they were bothering us for quite a while and it would relieve the pressure of just me/ONI guard vs how many covenant were in the base. I was in fear of getting sniped again and was incredibly impatient. I wasn't trying to attack the RD or assault him, I just wanted the c12. It would've been better if I had just attempted taking out the c12 from his hand but disarming was the fastest option at the time. 

I understand some of my actions were out of place and I could've roleplayed the situation out a lot more by the front gate instead of instantly shooting the RD. In the future I'll ahelp instead of handling it myself ICly. I apologize for my actions and I'll do my best in the future not to let it happen again.
