So, short summary of the round. The covvies were busting into Northwind, in fact they were already in. I had just got done healing from medbay. As I'm scanning myself because I wasn't fully healed I see a strange chemical called "Unknown biological containment." My first thought was flood because what else would it be? Anyways, I ask the RD what the chemical was and they said it would make me heal and run as fast as a spartan. Obviously it was bullshit but I went along with it and told him to stop injecting me with it, which he continues to attempt to. I ahelp asking if I can shoot the RD for injecting me with unknown chemicals in self defense, assumed it was an admin event and closed the ticket myself. All while this is happening the RD still attempts to inject me with the flood virus and I was getting logs about a "unified purpose." I give him multiple warnings and eventually he falls over from vomit or whatever and I take his syringe gun, unload the syringes and toss them all over medbay. Sometime later the covenant were in the base and they had bolted a lot of doors along while there was more marine backup at the surface entrance. On our way there we're stopped by a bolted door, I throw the RD a c12 so he can stick it. He failed multiple times and I got impatient and said "I'll do it myself," disarmed him and picked up the c12 and blew up the door. While I was planting it he attacks me with the syringe in the head. I gave him a final warning stating if he tried that again I would shoot him. After that he points to his ONI guard and says like "hey." We blow up some more doors and eventually get to the shutter room. I decided to stay out while they opened it but they were taking too long so I went in to do it myself and I hear the RD order me to be KILLED. So, lets recap

At this point I am DONE with him, I immediately pull out a shotgun and blast him down. To which William Westmoreland proceeded to gun me down. I only wanted to kill the RD as he was the one threatening my life. I attempted to protest William but he was too busy blasting me down to notice the log of me saying "stop."Â

After some time lying in critical, I'm being treated by a fellow ODST and maybe an ONI guard, only to be dragged away by William to prevent treatment and I also believe he proceeded to punch me or something a view times. And, this is obviously outside of my control, some SL or something started gunning him down. That was when I got the DM from james in game and that's the story of how I was banned/deWhitelisted.
Why should my whitelist be reinstated?
I believe my ban/deWhitelist was unjustified and the situation was not looked into as deeply as it should have. The situation was "roleplayed" (the RD was obviously griefing and/or metagrudging me to some extent) as best it could and was handled ICly perfectly fine. I'm fairly certain this is my first offense as ODST and a complete whitelist removal was not necessary
Why should my whitelist be reinstated?
