Personally, I think the most important thing about moderating is: Unbiased and thorough investigations for each ticket, on either side of the reported conflict. A good moderator is one who goes into a ticket without Bias, but obviously acknowledges their note history and general behavior when choosing a reasonable punishment. For example: A week ban for a first account of LRP would be too much, but if they are shouting obscenities and clearly have no intention of rping, a larger punishment may be warranted.
