Time In SS13: Current round time is 00:28 as of typing this :godo: Been on the platform since 2021 (current account is not my original account), have well over a thousand hours between various servers.
Any SS13 Bans: One expired 1-day Paradise ban for unintended shuttle grief, and various CKey Transfers (one account perma'd to allow the other all my hours and characters)
Prior Moderation Experience: I've been staffing CEV Eris for years, and I've briefly staffed other servers (left their teams due to personal conflicts), as well as having plenty of experience on other games. GMod, Minecraft, SCP:SL, various communities.
Personally, I think the most important thing about moderating is: Understanding the pulse of the community and the context of situations. Something that disrupts the flow of the game, violates rules, or otherwise shouldn't happen might be entirely acceptable in some situations, and a staffer always has to understand the difference. The rules exist for a reason, but they're not a perfect marble slab, and a bit of situational context should always help guide decisions.
