Time in SS13: Would've been about four/five years now total. Can't remember the exact time.
Any SS13 Bans: Not that I remember.
Prior Moderation experience: Was an admin for LLA;s SS13 server back before it shut down, for somewhere around a year? Maybe less? This was a while ago so again the specific details are fuzzy.
Personally, I think the most important thing about moderating is: Making sure a round goes smoothly for as many people as possible, and understanding that people -do- make mistakes. Banning people for their first offence, in my opinion, is something I liked to avoid - bans are a punishment, and hopefully, the last resort if talking to a person and trying to teach them their error doesn't work.Â
