Appeal details/ Why should you be unbanned: The ban has been almost nine months, which is a pretty long time. I should also be unbanned because I rarely got in trouble on the server even when I played it a lot because I tend to follow the rules and the only reason I attacked a fellow covenant(Was a Kig-Yar Shipmistress I think) was because they were harassing me and other grunts badly if I recall correctly. So I justified my actions with roleplay, as I don't remember their being any Sangheili on at the time and the Unggoy were basically being abused too much by the Kig-Yar and my character felt as that the Kig-Yar were going to have us all killed. If I could go back and change my actions then I would do so.

Reason for joining : I like the covenant and it's species and have always found them more interesting than the human factions.

Perma banned from citadel main and rp- Being too young and greytiding(E.G, Commiting suicide in prison, burning a sec officer....alive, Screamed in comms about being raped by same sec officer whilst they were alive.

"Light"(Perma banned until I find out what I did wrong to quote them loosely) perma ban from Polaris- I turned the autopilot off on both of their shuttles as a non traitor pilot then more or less kinda talked shit to the two admins who ahelped me

Character(s): Jake Reno, Frank McClare

How does your character interact with the world around them and the people in it?: Jake Reno is Johnny Reno's son. He will likely be the character I play in the SoE. He has a strict sense of honor, and his father's attitude rubbed off on him quite a bit. Frank McClare is an ex-military man. A survival of Far Isle by way of being off planet at the time, he's been with the URF for a very long time. Jake is unlikely to ever harm a civilian, and will abhor orders to do so. Frank is much more "Ends justify the means" when it comes to orders.

Provide a brief description of your character: Jake Reno is Johnny Reno's son. He's basically Reno Two, Electric Boogaloo. Honorable, someone who believes in strong ideals and wants what is best for the average civilian out on the frontier.
Frank McClare is a long time URF supporter, having been around for a while now. Not quite as old as Johnny Reno at the time of his death, Frank himself is getting up there in the years and has mostly sat back and started running things, keeping the URF together when possible as the local cell commander.

First of all, i am not a coder, dev, spriter or anything even close. This is also an exact copy of the one i made on hithub.


I am a heavy player of r&d and i wish for it to be actually useful. Here is just a few suggestions to try to improve it:

1. R&D exclusive weapons: weapons that are only obtainable using r&d. Those weapons could be prototypes, new versions or even completely new weapons. Exemple, an h5g railgun.
   
   
2. Upgradable vehicle: possibilities to change certains part or even build from the ground up a vehicle. Exemple: changing the cargo of a mangoose to make it able to transport heavier loads, an mini-electromagnetic canon that can replace the turret of a scorpion.
   
   
3. Modular armor: armor that can be personalized with different upgrades. Maybe something like the mechs work, using ports and energy. Exemple: an armor with retractable blade in the arm-guard.
   
   
4. Ancient technology experimentation: experimenting on forerunner artifacts, getting techs out of it. Exemple: using a forerunner cristal to boost a slipspace drive.
   
   
5. More buildings: additions of more constructible using boards and such. Exemple: an high-tech turret that is not a confetti maker.
