Relieve the moments of the start of the start of the UNSC and Covenant conflict as the UNSC, the United Rebel Front, and the Covenant Empire.
The UNSC sends a cruiser to make sure the Gliese 884 system does not fault to actions of the United Rebel Front that have been reported in the area. As the UNSC scout through the sector, they are not alone in the sector as there is a secret location owned by ONI that has not been detected by anyone thus far that has been working on a project that could turn the war around for the UNSC against the United Rebel Front. The Covenant Empire, on their crusade to find any holy relics have noticed a unknown alien race within the sector. Will they try to purge the heretics and try to find any relics, or will they try to complete their mission stealthily since they don't have any nearby fleets if they need support against this unknown enemy.
