a group of Spartans have to escape to some sort of point maybe, trying to get away from unggoys with very dangerous hunting rocks.
just imagine being one of the spartans, walking together in a group, only to hear a rock whiz into your friend from somewhere just out of view, or hidden, as the rock just completely tears their armor and chest apart.
not a serious event, but it can still get terrifying if you play as one of the spartans.

another that I htink would be very interesting, would be an event where you do nothing at all, but make it seem like something big is going to happen, maybe, who knows what would happen if everyone has an uncertain, possibly scary doom over their heads, could they trust each other? would a marine buckle under the pressure and shoot someone? who knows, but just occasionally playing sounds and other stuff around people would certainly get the ball of uncertain doom going, like even just telling people through gods voice vauge things like 'your in danger...' would certainly make them uneasy, but, 

TLDR: an event where nothing happens, but occasional noises and other things go on, and set people off, make them paranoid of something that never comes, it's possibly evil, but it might be amazing to see what would happen.

Yonhet Traders have arrived on Geminus, they bring extremely rare and hard to find goods of all kinds, ready to sell, for a price.
The United Rebel Front have made contact with these Yonhet Traders, calling them to the hidden Rabbit Hole.
They come in peace, but if the United Rebel Front wish to cause trouble, their weapons and armor might be next on the list of items to be sold.
However.
They are also here to resupply their own stock as well.
Stealing anything that might be worth their time.

Synopsis: 

Reports have come in from HIGHCOM that there has been a significant change within the Covenants hierarchy.

There has been a single promotion that has thrown most of the Covenant into a fit of rage! 

An Unggoy has been promoted..

To..

Shipmaster.

With this promotion the Unggoy in question has obviously been given his own Vessel and Crew.

Every single one of them being exclusively Unggoy, aside from a couple Engineers.

The Unggoy Shipmaster has also been given a security detail, newly minted Unggoy Honor Guards.

Not only that, but he has been given a small detail of Deacons to act as his advisers. 

For whatever reason, the Hierarchs have paid very well for this Unggoy to be put in its current position.

Make them regret this.

HIGHCOM will give you whatever you need, but make sure to ruin the reputation of Unggoy for generations to come.

Kill this Unggoy Shipmaster.
