Do you believe in ghosts?.. Frankly I don't, but Samantha, she's a Revenant.
Samantha Coney, younger sister of Rose Coney, has lived in her sisters shadow her whole life. Rose's record shines while you can see spider webs on Samantha's according to HIGHCOM. Samantha Enlisted first into the UNSC,two years after her sister did, as a Ship Corpsman. Samantha knew her way around a knife, and anyone lucky enough to go under it seemed like they come out like nothing happened in the first place.
Shortly after 4 years honorable service as a Surgeon, Samantha chased her sister, Rose, and joined the Orbital Drop Shock Troopers. Training records show she was always came in second place in all events except Marksmanship. Samantha made top marks in Marksmanship breaking academy records actually. 

Samantha became an artist of a sniper for the 7th ODST. Records of her deployments show several assassinations of top ranking URF and a record shot reaching a little over 4,000 yards. Awards given during her time as an ODST were mostly Combat deployments, a silver leaf purple heart, and a navy cross for her record shot. But she always seemed like she was trying to prove something.

Samantha’s last known drop was on Eridanus. She was presumed MIA by ONI Field Agents and the team was confirmed KIA. A UNSC Prowler the UNSC Full-moon also went MIA and was recently discovered and recaptured. Seems that the URF were a little more equipped than we thought. The now recaptured Prowler had more than enough information on the URF to fill a library. And none other than Samantha Coney's name all over it. Reports of an ODST team dropping, reports of the teams capture, and reports of an unknown sniper picking off URF and best of all, reports of that sniper being found in the colonies hospital. Samantha has become a traitor, and with her, the Prowler was captured with ease. Reports go on in details how this was done and frankly I'm a bit impressed. Coney has interrogated ONI Field Agents and their information was used to lure the Prowler, Coney had shot both the Pilot and Co-Pilot of a rescue Pelican before either could scream, and a commando group seized the pelican and with Coney, Captured the Prowler.

Samantha's location is presumed to be in the 111 Turai system.

He acts like a tank in all but mounting treads to himself.

Before joining the URF, he is best known for a terrorist attack using an up-armored EOD suit with heavy metal and ceramic places strapped to the inside. Apparently, according to a local marshal, quote - "We had to break out the slugs to bring the man down, and even then it took a bit. We didn't think any man could take that much punishment." He was captured and stored in Block A - along with another man of interest, Johnny Reno. We made the mistake of allowing Reno to speak with this man on the yard, and soon enough Dozer found himself signing up in prison to join a war being fought on the outside. He escaped with Reno (See Incident Report A-2425) and is currently thought to be serving onboard the UNSC Thorin, currently rebranded the URFS Thorn by insurrectionists.

Dozer does not seem to be a smart man, but he is loyal to a fault - willing to follow his commander's orders to the end. Footage has confirmed his use of both drugs and a piece of URF armor known as a "Colossus Suit", which can shrug off small caliber and rifle rounds like nothing. It seems he is deployed more like a weapons system than a soldier, being told to hold choke points and lead charges. 

He is extremely violent and dangerous, nearly killing a guard who attempted to question him out of pure rage. This man has no leadership potential, but his training and skill are on par with that of an ODST CQC soldier, only with more reckless abandon. 

Dozer is considered very dangerous, and if spotted, one should alert higher-ups for orders. 

Engage only if needed, capture preferred. Some of our boys want payback for the number he did during his escape.

Reno is an interesting one, that's for sure.

Born on an outer colony on the Sixth of December, his birth was unregistered and we only have this date due to interrogation.

Reno is extremely personable and has several times derailed serious interrogations into a pleasant conversation with little effort, going from being questioned on URF plans to talking freely about his life, growing up, opinion on subjects unrelated to the war. As such, we know much about how he feels and what he thinks, but little on his actual career in the URF.

Reno managed to, three months after his capture, escape the holding facility during a routine transfer on a security vessel. He managed to get the gun from a holster of a guard he befriended and calmly and quietly ordered the man to take him to a nearby URF vessel that had been in wait. The guard was allowed to go free, even having been handed his handgun back. Little has been found out of his whereabouts since.

Of his early life, we know he was born on a ranch that provided food and leather to quite a bit of his small colony. This is where we believe he adopted his old western demeanor and style that has made him a bit of a joke among soldiers of the URF where he is known as quote, "The Senile Cowboy."

He is not senile though and has been shown to be quite competent survival in the wild. He is knowledgeable in, according to him, survival in the following; Forests, deserts, tundras and arctic environments. He has proved this, offering advice to soldiers who were guarding him. On this topic, his guard had to be changed regularly, as some guards would be found relaxing around him, treating him almost like a friend despite being an enemy.

He is polite and soft-spoken and seems to be very eager to pass on his knowledge to anyone who is willing to listen to him speak. Some of the intel we got out of him was gained by simply speaking with him about random subjects. During a conversation he had with a guard, he let slip that he helped train some of the URF's scouts in his sector with advice on how to survive with minimal equipment, and how to repurpose enemy munitions safely.
