Reason for joining : I've wanted to roleplay a T'voan for a while and have been seeking multiple avenues to do such. with very little successful result. this seems like it might be capable of happening eventually.

General character information: Tos Vezum'ee is a Sangheili major hailing from the homeworld of Sangheilios proper. The eldest son of a Kaidon who has spent his entire life striving to excel in the field of battle to earn the approval of his father and his house by bringing honor to the Vezum name with service in the Covenant, he has seen a fair bit of combat and in so doing risen to the rank of Major, often leading assaults personally in the name of the great journey.

Reason for joining: Always found the Covenant to be an interesting faction, especially with the honorcode bound Sangheili, I reckon I'd like to be able to take a more prominent role in things as more than just a minor.

Roleplay example: Within the chapel of the CRS Unyielding transgression, there was a solemn silence, broken apart only by the scuffing motions of restless Unggoy, soft clicks and chirps of Kig-yar and their T'voan cousins, or the faint whisper of wings as Yan'me settled into nooks and crannies or proper seating. Standing at the forefront of the room was a tall Sangheili in crimson armor, his amber eyes sweeping over the assembled species for a moment in silence as all gathered stiffened, then his gaze turned to the altar next to him and pointed to the outermost ring, made of platinum.

"The Age of abandonment, when the gods first completed the great journey, and ignited the holy rings! Leaving us to follow in their footsteps!"

His finger then raised, pointing to the next ring, made of ruby.

"The Age of conflict! When in fire and war our faith was tested, and we endured countless trials in the eyes of the gods!"

The next ring, made of gold.

"The Age of discovery! When the prophets set forth into the stars, receiving the wisdom of the gods, so that they may led us all upon the path!"

He paused for a moment, scanning the crowd before him, before at last continuing to the next ring, a thing made of emerald.

"The Age of reconciliation! When the Prophets brought enlightenment to the Sangheili, and old wars were cast aside to forge a new Covenant!"

He continued one, the next ring was an Amber crystal, the age of Conversion.

Until finally he came upon the final ring, made of pure forerunner alloy and glinting softly in the artificial lighting.

Personally, I think the most important thing about moderating is: Understanding the pulse of the community and the context of situations. Something that disrupts the flow of the game, violates rules, or otherwise shouldn't happen might be entirely acceptable in some situations, and a staffer always has to understand the difference. He also is relied upon to retrieve casualties for burial purposes and to prevent communications being intercepted by Covenant forces.
