general character info: Giorno Desantis is a 21 year old British Man, who grew up with most of his childhood in Italy, before moving to KS7 later on in his life. His Father was a back-alley Doctor, who taught Giorno some of his medical prowess. He never met his mother. He worked as an ODST, until he was injured and couldn't continue.
Reason for joining: Due to recent tax raises on the KS7 colony, Giorno is no longer able to sustain himself legally. Seeing the mistreatment of other citizens in both KS7 and other colonies by the UNSC and UEG, and the existence of a small Innie Cell in the area, Giorno decided to join to bring freedom from the UEG to, not only KS7, but many Colonies under their totalitarian watch. Glory to the Insurrection.
