How does your character interact with the world around them and the in  it?:  

Dormer is rather friendly to those in the URF and their allies, he is a joker for the most part but when things get serious he's one to take point as the leader and organize people as needed. When in combat he's calm, cool and collective in the face of adversity and when fighting he'll give it his all and fight until he wins or is dead. When confronted those outside of the URF he's skepetical and rather tight lipped, he stays quiet and remains a shadow so he can protect the URF and other assets. As a URF agent on Geminus he usually is one to recruit other colonists to the cause. When facing off against hostile elements such as ODST, Marines and other forces that would bring injury or death to URF member he'll fight them if forced and without a ounce of remorse.

Provide a brief description of your character:

Edward stands at approximately six foot three, he has gelled back blonde hair. His eyes are of a blue hue, his skin is of a fair complexion. On his feet are a pair of combat boots, he usually is seen wearing a pair of sweatpants or BDUs if the situation calls for it. Aswell he usuallly will be wearing a sweater or a bomber jacket with a band t-shirt.

Thanks for writing an application, but a few things of note;

1) Should you wish to be a member of the SOE, please try be a little more active in the meantime. We don't have "activity checks" in the SOE, so you can take as long as a break as you need without notice, but to show you do want SOE, try be more active on the discord! You've only sent 21 messages, come join us retards in the barracks and talk about pointless shit! It's clear that you play, but joining us in the discord would be pretty ideal to show you care!

2) From discord alone, you seem quick to temper. Don't take this game as seriously as winning or losing, but see it as having fun. Sure, it's fun to win, but it's also fun in it's own way to lose spectacularly. That's what the URF and SOE are here for, fun! Don't be worried to win all the time, just have a spectacular time!

3) Quite a bit of detail, but don't be afraid to play the full joker gimmick if you want! Make us laugh as much as you want, even in combat if you want! Let's just hope that Murray doesn't ask for another joke...

Also, is Edward Dormer your current Innie Character? If not, please specify who is, since I'll try to keep track of how you are in game, and all the magnificant things you'll accomplish!
