general character info: Born and Raised on Sol, Rios is one of the many all-around basic Marines. After a bunch of bad luck that led up to him suffering in a dead-end job, he felt like the only thing left that he could do is join the armed forces. Even though he was practically forced into it, Rios has developed a love and loyalty to it, and happily does whatever part is required of him.
