Put a metro system under germinus which people can access to get to other parts of germinus safely
The system is pitch black and weird noises start being made the further you are in there.Would be good for civvies trying to escape an oni death squad

I agree I think it would be perfect material for some good RP like covvies sneakin in or civvies just hiding as you said.
