Failed to follow simple directives.  Appeal details/ Why should you be unbanned: Maybe he can't SPEAK, but he trully can understand. He plays mute character who can only emote. You do not appeal for your friend at all. It's their problem, not yours. I will ask you to refrain from any further involvement with this ban, whether you are trying to appeal for your friend after being explicitely told not to, or trying to argue with the reason. If you fail to comply, you will be banned as well. If you can't communicate with other players, you shouldn't play here. Your friend has been warned not to speak russian twice, to which they replied with 'Ok'. Then they respawned with the same character name and once prompted to change it, they once again replied with another 'Ok'. They clearly did not understand a single bit of English. Have a good day.
