general character info: Born as an outer colony man, he experienced UNSC Tyranny first hand, from them abusing his fellow people on his home world, to them attempting to massacre anyone that doesn't give them a proper bribe, he seeked a better life, a life to help others get free from the Tyranny of the UNSC.
Reason for joining : Used to play URF, before it needed a whitelist, enjoyed playing and roleplaying as it, besides being the baddie. if theres colonists on i like working with them as URF
