In-Character Name: Gary Carmine
General Character Info: Gary is one of the younger members of the Carmine Family, and considered to be the "black sheep" of the family for being fiercely independent and critical of the United Earth Governments actions against the Outer Colonies and the UNSCs enforcement of their decrees. He's considered far more loud mouthed and aggressive in comparison to his other siblings.
Reason for joining: Because of his critical nature towards the UEG and the UNSC, Gary was naturally drawn towards the stories of guerilla fighters battling against the UNSC for the liberation of the Outer Colonies. The stories of guerilla fighters battling the larger, far more effective UNSC and winning - causing entire colonies to convert to the URF caused him to seek out Insurrectionist Cells and do his part in overthrowing the UEG.
