He knows he is in a war where he could be killed at any moment but still happily ready to die to protect his species Provide a brief description of your character: Darren Blackthorn is one of 13 Blackthorns to serve in the UNSC.Coming from an Irish family on earth he knew that once the war started he had to be their to protect his planet. Due to his 20:20 vision and hardcore focus he was made a scout sniper. Whilst most of the Blackthorn family are marines and medics, Darren the middle child followed after his oldest brother Nialls an ODST sniper who died in the invasion of reach.
