Prior Moderation experience: I am currently mentor at TGMC, no admin exp whatsoever.
Personally, I think the most important thing about moderating is: Let people play and well, support them rather then just smashing hammer left and right.

Sorry about the late response here, but I was willing to give you a shot until I realised how you've been in the community for a very, very short amount of time, and haven't really interacted with the community much. I suggest you get to know the server a bit better then reapply. Thanks.
