Any SS13 Bans: precisely one, from Baystation for "Metagaming". Russel can ask Gracie if he wants the details. Prior Moderation experience: a LOT, across multiple games. Russel knows a lot of the SS13 stuff, i've also moderated, administrated, and run servers, especially roleplay ones, in everything from text based forum threads to in game RP. Personally, I think the most important thing about moderating is: consistency and clarity in handling matters, and professionalism whenever representing the server you're moderating for.
