general character info: A 30 year old male standing at about 5'10 (177.8 cm) with short black hair, average build and love for sunglasses.
Reason for joining : Rick Franks was a UNSC Bridge Officer on UNSC Bertels until the UNSC refused to help his home planet which was later glassed (read obliterated) by the Covenant. After that he gladly joined the URF so he could shoot the guys that indirectly caused his home planet to get boom-boomed.

This is not a Commando application.
Would simply be a regular URF Application, URFC is separate from the initial URF Application.
